Robert Gibes, 44, 600 block of Mary Court, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop for failure to signal in the 600 block of Mary Court around 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 23. He was released on a cash bond.
Kevin G. Delgado, 23, of Northlake, was charged with drunken driving, speeding, no insurance and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop on North Avenue near York Road just after midnight on Nov. 24. Delgado was released on an I-Bond.

Bartemus D. Turner, 24, of Villa Park, was charged with drunken driving, no insurance, speeding and following too closely after a traffic stop around 4 a.m. on Nov. 24 near Roosevelt Road and Villa. Turner was released on an I-Bond.
Thure C. Hallgren, 24, 100 block of Walnut, was charged with two counts of drunken driving and one count of improper lane usage after police reportedly stopped his vehicle for driving the wrong way on Lake Street around 2:45 a.m. on Nov. 27. He was later released on an I-Bond.

Ricardo Mendoza, 38, 100 block of North Elm, was charged with drunken driving, disobeying a traffic signal, improper lane usage and speeding after a traffic stop around 4 a.m. on Nov. 27 near Roosevelt Road and York Road. He was released on an I-Bond.
Menev Sewak Sharma, 25, of Champaign, was charged with drunken driving and improper lane usage after a traffic stop at York Road and Crestview around 2:45 a.m. on Nov. 26. Sharma was released on an I-Bond.
Jacklyn Benyamin, 22, of Villa Park, was charged with drunken driving, speeding and driving with an obstructed view after a traffic stop around 4 a.m. on Nov. 26 at Roosevelt Road and Summit. Police released Benyamin on an I-Bond.
Traffic Offenses
Salvatore J. Miglio Jr., 39, of Westchester, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at York Road and Lexington around 12:45 a.m. on Nov. 23. Miglio was released on bond.
Ronald E. Dusek, no age given, of Spring Grove, was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at North Avenue and Berteau just after 6 a.m. on Nov. 23.
Jose A. Ramos, 24, of Cicero, was charged with driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop at Roosevelt Road and Monterrey just after 6 a.m. on Nov. 23.
Leo Mitchell, 43, of Addison, was charged with driving with a suspended license, no insurance and failure to wear a seat belt after a traffic stop on York Road near North Avenue around 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 24. He was released on an I-Bond.
Ruel Castro-Rios, 31, of Northlake, was charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 27 near North Avenue and Route 83. He was released on an I-Bond.
Santos Ramos, 27, of Bensenville, was charged with driving without a license and no insurance after a traffic stop around 8 a.m. on Nov. 25 in the 1000 block of Green Valley in Bensenville.
