Party Person Pilfered Parent's Pills During 5-Year-Old's Birthday in Elmhurst
There were about 120 people at the child's birthday party, police said.
An Elmhurst woman's prescription pills were stolen while she was throwing a party for her young daughter, police said.
The woman told police she was celebrating her 5-year-old daughter's birthday at her West Grantley Avenue home on Saturday.
During the party, police said, someone stole the mother's medication out of the home's master bedroom.
The woman told the officer "she ahd approximately 120 guests and numerous people used the bathroom," police said.
Police did not specify the medication that was stolen and said they had no suspects in the case.
