Driving With a Suspended License
Desaree Hernandez, 20, 6911 Highland, Hanover Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her white Toyota Corolla for suspended registration and failure to wear a seat belt at Lake and West at 5:35 p.m. Aug. 20. She was released on bond.
Latisha Morris, 32, 415 S. 21st Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled her over at York and Interstate 290 for unlawful display of registration at 10:22 a.m. Aug. 23. She was released on bond.

Rafael Ortiz, 33, 1907 S. Euclid Apt. 2, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Dodge Caravan for speeding at North and Elm at 6:31 a.m. Aug. 27. He was released on bond.
Melissa Garcia, 21, 545 W. Willow, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled her over for failure to signal at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 8:03 a.m. Aug. 28. She was released on bond.

Virgilio J. Garcia, 27, 3447 W. Beach, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Ford Focus for disobeying a traffic control device at York and Hahn at 6:21 p.m. Aug. 28. He also was wanted on a warrant for failure to appear. He was released on bond.
Francisco Alcantara, 36, 4925 N. Washtenaw Apt. 1, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Mercury Mountaineer for disobeying a traffic control device at Third and Glade at 4:12 p.m. Aug. 30. He was released on bond.
Nora L. Gonzalez, 43, 1437 N. 46th Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after her red Ford Explorer was involved in an accident with a 37-year-old Schaumburg man at Indiana and Belden at 5:22 p.m. Aug. 30. She also was charged with disobeying a traffic control device. She was released on bond.
Chris J. Gnutek, 42, 254 Ridgeland Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Chevrolet Malibu at Third and Ridgeland at 7:39 a.m. Sept. 3. He was released on bond.
Tangelo Meyers, 19, 635 S. 24th St., Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Buick Century at North Avenue and Route 83 at 11:51 p.m. Sept. 3. He was released on bond.
Jorge Aguilar, 31, 402 Westmore Ave., Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Suzuki XL7 for failure to yield at Roosevelt and Butterfield at 3:36 a.m. Sept. 4. He was released on bond.
Mario Martinez, 35, 741 N. York Road, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his tan Toyota Camry for speeding at York and Gladys at 7:01 a.m. Sept. 4. He was released on bond.
Wilford Davis, 42, 8651 S. 87th Apt. 207, Justice, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Dodge Avenger for improper lane use at Grand and York at 9:41 p.m. Sept. 4. He was released on bond.

Juan R. Banegas-Montov, 25, 6334 W. Roscoe, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gold Toyota Avalon for texting while driving on the 100 block of East Grand Avenue at 4:22 p.m. Aug. 19. He was released on bond.
Andy D. Lopez, 31, 944 Virginia Lane, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his red Dodge Dakota for disobeying a traffic control device at North and Glade at 5:17 p.m. Aug. 19. He was released on bond.

Luis Morell, 22, 3027 N. Harlem Apt. 2S, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Chuanl Scooter for speeding at North and Emroy at 3:31 a.m. Aug. 27. He was released on bond.
Efren Ruiz, 36, 1608 W. Sherwin Apt. 714, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his purple Chevrolet pickup truck for expired registration at North and Myrtle at 7:58 a.m. Aug. 27. He was released on bond.
Nicholas Aprile, 28, 651 Paxton, Carol Stream, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Ford Mustang for speeding and no front license plate at York and Fullerton at 9:51 a.m. Aug. 30. He was released on bond.
Juan C. Flores, 22, 1156 Parkview Drive, Hanover Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his Nissan Altima for tinted windows at York and Grantley at 5:53 p.m. Sept. 1. He was released on bond.
Maria Torres, 30, 1040 S. York, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her silver Chrysler PT Cruiser at Route 83 and North Avenue at 11:53 p.m. Sept. 3. She was released on bond.
Alvaro Alvarez, 36, 319 Clayton Apt. E, West Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Ford Explorer for passing on the shoulder at Route 83 and North Avenue at 4:49 p.m. Sept. 4. He was released on bond.
