Target the Irish, Italians, Pols, and other races if they show a high propensity of driving without a license or insurance. " If it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck and walks like a duck, it's a duck"

Don't worry. The Democrats will soon be giving them all driver's licenses, insurance and a path to citizenship (i.e. benefits).

I'm surprised La Raza hasn't taken the Elmhurst PD to court for racial profiling.

i wonder how much the bond was---maybe $10? Even the guy wanted on a warrant was given the opportunity to post bond and drive away. No wonder they all don't have insurance or licenses. It's much cheaper to post the bond and jump back into your car.
