Minnesota Man Reportedly Exchanges Punches with Cab Driver After Wrong Turn

Northlake man, 83, allegedly fondles nurse, and woman with revoked license for DUI offenses provides false name and address.

Disorderly Conduct
Chad J. Maros, 34, 7945 Large Ave., Otsego, Minn., and Davaanyam Tsedendorj, 24, 8426 W. Catalpa Apt. 403, Chicago, were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at Courtyard by Marriott, 370 N. Route 83, at 12:45 a.m. Oct. 2. Police responded to a call for a fight in progress. They learned Maros allegedly took a cab from Charlie's to the hotel. Tsedendorj was his cab driver and reportedly didn't know how to get to the hotel and made a wrong turn. After arriving at the hotel, the two allegedly began to fight. They were released on bond.

Alex R. Ruehrdanz, 22, 142 N. Walnut Ave., Wooddale, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct/public urination at Charlie's, 126 S. York Road, at 2:06 a.m. Oct. 1. He was released at the scene.

Kurtis Kasper, 25, 4N110 Swift Road, Addison, was cited for disorderly conduct after police saw him urinate on some shrubs at Charlie's, 126 S. York, at 1:51 a.m. Oct. 2. He was released at the scene.

Battery
Manuel Tongco, 83, 401 W. Lake St. #109, Northlake, was arrested and charged under city ordinance with battery after he allegedly grabbed a nurse's breast as she took his blood pressure at Elmhurst Clinic, 172 E. Schiller St., at 11:09 a.m. Oct. 6. He was released on bond.

Obstructing Justice
Jeanine S. Stomiany, 47, 3 Kane Court, Willowbrook, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a revoked license and obstructing justice after police pulled over her black Jeep Grand Cherokee for no rear registration light at Butterfield and Roosevelt roads at 3:28 a.m. Oct. 6. Police said Stomiany provided police a false name and date of birth. Police discovered her true identity and that her license was revoked on prior DUI offenses. She was taken to DuPage County Jail and her vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Domestic Battery
Jesse J. Pace, 57, 801 Lombard, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with domestic battery after an incident at his home at 8:56 p.m. Oct. 5. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Public Intoxication
Timothy A. Tinnes, 53, 1456 Long, Chicago, was cited for public intoxication at 404 N. York Road at 6:40 p.m. Oct. 1. He was transported to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital.
