Wow, looks like all the millions this state has spent on bi-lingual documents has really improved complicity with our licensing laws!

I wish EPD would spend more time patrolling the neighborhoods for crime instead of pulling over every other person they see on the road. I'd rather have someone driving through town with a suspended license than someone breaking into my home.

someone should have called INS and had a school bus ready to load them on it to send them back where they came from.
there is a method to legal immigration into this country, coming here illegally is exactly that illegal. we are all victims of these people when a kid riding a bike gets killed, or an uninsured motorist with no license hits us. We should have citizen's who are not associated with any government agency report these people and have them deported, because we all know the politics behind what is going on, but if a group of citizens reported these people the government would have to respond with due process.

It does not take a Genius to see who is not obeying the laws of the land.
The Land of Lincoln. Maybe a couple of months in Jail will help them see how they need to "FIt In".. Are they all here Legally I ask ?

I agree with you but I don't know if we as just citizen's can do anything to stop that practice. IRead More wish that each cyclist had to have a license, and that it was enforced by laws and police, on the bike so that people could report occurrences and have the person receive a ticket just like a person driving an auto. That would make sense.

A couple of years ago, Villa Park installed "State Law- must stop for pedestrians" signsRead More on the roadways where the Great Western and Prairie Paths cross. I saw a big increase in path users barreling across the streets with no regard for the stop signs on the path.

I was really hoping that the Elmhurst Police would sound in on this info-I do understand kids willRead More be kids, but if one of them is hurt, that adult driver will need to live with that for the rest of their life-so let's come up with a solution for both bicyclist and cars to be in harmony. I really think that a step up in enforcement in the bicycle laws would help-just like the drunk driving laws-believe me the bicycle laws are just as important.
