A man made "alarming comments" while talking on his cell phone at the North York Road Starbucks, police said.

The man was at Starbucks shortly before 8 p.m. Monday. He was talking on his cell "about how he hated the government and that he was preparing bombs with the Pentagon," police said. "He also stated he knew the president and worked for the FBI."

The man left the Starbucks, got on a mountain bike and pedaled south on York. The police said they will obtain video surveillance from the Starbucks.

The mystery man appeared to be in his early 30s. He has dark hair and was wearing a camouflage shirt, a hooded sweat shirt and blue jeans.

No dispresoect to the military, but I tend to steer clear of men wearing camouflage jackets. Outside of combat, of course. On the same note, a full grown man on a bike, always deserves a pause as well. Unless, of course, he's engaging in excercise. I have a strong feeling that another human wasn't on the other end of that phone call.

In the title of this article, the verb should be "knowing," not "know," since as it stands now, the word "know" doesn't coincide with the verb "claiming." Both verbs must match.
