Man, 46, Arrested for Pleasuring Himself at York High School

Elmhurst police also report a number of drunken driving arrests.

Masturbating at York

Charles L. Hiatt, 46, 346 E. Huntington Lane, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after police responded to York High School, 355 W. St. Charles Road, for a report of a subject masturbating near the soccer fields at 12:12 p.m. Oct. 5. He was released on bond.

Enrique Dominguez, 49, 16901 Sandy Lane, Tinley Park, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license after police pulled over his black Chevrolet Avalanche for speeding, improper lane use and one headlight at Poplar and St. Charles at 2:28 a.m. Sept. 15. He was released on bond.

Justin Rich, 21, 145 Geneva, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his black Honda Civic for expired registration at Third and Geneva at 1:24 a.m. Sept. 20. He was released on bond.

Amanda Yaeger, 27, 282 N. Oaklawn Apt. 2, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over her white Toyota Celeica for speeding at North and Highland at 2:26 a.m. Sept. 21. She was released on bond.

Enox T. Clay, 32, 6748 21st St. Apt. 303, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his tan Jeep Cherokee for driving without headlights and improper lane use at York and Butterfield at 3:46 a.m. Sept. 21. He was released on bond.

Justin Peacock, 25, 735 S. Spring Road, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Volkswagon Jetta for improper lane use and squealing of tires at York and Crescent at 1:07 a.m. Sept. 23. He was released on bond. 

Philip Asselborn, 70, 798 Poplar, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his green Ford Taurus for improper lane use and failure to signal at Butterfield and Cedar at 12:47 a.m. Sept. 27. He was released on bond.

Enrique Alverez, 27, 611 Lake Manor, Addison, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Chevrolet Impala for improper lane use at North and York at 1:55 a.m. Sept. 28. He was released on bond.

Tatiana J. Cole, 29, 2326 Century Point Lane Apt. D, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license and improper parking on a roadway after police responded for a medic assist at Vallette and Poplar at 5:05 a.m. Sept. 28. She was released on bond.

Terrance Patton, 29, 5091 W. Gladys Apt. D, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Buick Regal for failure to yield at Third and Addison at 12:29 a.m. Oct. 4. He was released on bond. A passenger in the vehicle, Edward Nolan, 27, 906 S. Clyde, Chicago, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol and released on bond.

John Carbonara, 58, 651 S. Riverside, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis after police pulled over his white Ford Econoline for disobeying a traffic control device at North and Route 83 at 12:52 a.m. Oct. 5. He was released on bond.

Zero Tolerance

John Benson, 18, 1593 Harding, Northfield, was arrested and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and zero tolerance after police pulled over the black Chevrolet C20 he was driving for no headlights at York and Second at 1:16 a.m. Sept. 13. A passenger in the vehicle also was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. They were released on bond.

Joshua Rice, 18, 15W233 Lexington, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and driving under age 21 with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than 0.000 after police pulled over his blue Oldsmobile Cutlass for speeding at Palmer and Schiller at 11:34 p.m. Oct. 4. He was released on bond.
