Lansing Man Charged With 'Befouling' York St. Building
A Lansing man allegedly relieved himself on a building on Elmhurst's York Street.
The Elmhurst cops says they caught a Lansing man relieving himself on a York Street building early Saturday.
Mark Hughes, 30, of 19228 Grant St. was spotted going on 105 S. York shortly before 2 a.m., police said.
Hughes was "observed urinating on the front of the 105 S. York building," police said. "He was charged with befouling property-public urination and released on bond."
