Phone Sex—Woman Says Man Demanded 'Sexual Acts' in Exchange For Phone: Elmhurst Cops

The man denied touching the woman or ever having a physical relationship with her, the Elmhurst police said.

A woman accused a man of commandeering her phone and demanding she perform sex acts in exchange for its return, the Elmhurst police said.

The woman reportedly told a police officer she went to the man's home about 4 p.m. Friday to "talk about their friendship."

"They recently had a fight and she wanted to make up," police said.

The woman told the officer the man took away her phone and "refused to return it unless she performed sexual acts," police said.

The officer spoke to the man and he "denied ever touching (the woman) and (claimed) that he has never had a physical relationship with her," according to police, who said the man "agreed to stop all communication with" the woman.
