In Court This Week: Man Charged with Murdering Pregnant Wife
Here's a look at some of the cases we're keeping an eye on this week.
At the DuPage County Courthouse this week are hearings for a high school guidance counselor charged with sex abuse, two thieves accused of stealing tens of thousands from non-profits and and two murders.
Downers Grove— is scheduled to appear June 10 in Courtroom 4014 for an 8:30 a.m. hearing where he is expected to plead guilty to a charge related to the 2010 murder of his pregnant wife.
Elmhurst—, who is charged with stealing more than $32,000 from Messiah Lutheran Church in Elmhurst, is scheduled for a status hearing on June 6 in Courtroom 4014 at 9 a.m.
Glen Ellyn—, the volunteer firefighter accused of stealing more than $260,000 from the Glen Ellyn Volunteer Fire Company, is likely to be arraigned on June 6 in Coutroom 4010 at 9 a.m. after his May 31 indictment on 14 counts ranging from theft to money laundering.
Naperville—, charged with pretending to be an attorney, is scheduled for a status hearing on June 6 in Courtroom 4014 at 9 a.m.

Naperville—, a teen charged with possession of child pornography, is scheduled for status hearing on June 8 in Courtroom 4010 at 9 a.m.
Naperville—, a Naperville North counselor charged with sex abuse, is scheduled for hearing on June 9 in Courtroom 4012 at 9 a.m. There, a trial date will be set or a plea agreement could be announced.
Wheaton—Michael Delaney, murder, is scheduled for a 9 a.m. hearing on June 10 in Courtroom 4010 where the judge will rule on an outstanding motion.
