In Court This Week: Elmhurst Man Accused of Leaving Fatal Accident and Luchetta Divorce Case

Here are a few of the cases Patch is keeping an eye on this week.

Two Elmhurst cases are among several we're watching in DuPage County Court this week.

Elmhurst—, accused of leaving the scene of a fatal accident last year, is scheduled for a status hearing on Aug. 9

Elmhurst—'s divorce case returns to court on Aug. 9. In addition to the divorce, Luchetta is charged with attempting to murder her 7-year-old son.

Hinsdale—The  between Hinsdale High School District 86 Board member Dianne Barrett and the School Board and administration returned to court Monday. The hearing was expected to be focused on the district's motion to dismiss the case.  

Hinsdale—Timothy Kim,  at Adventist Hinsdale Hospital last December, was scheduled for a Monday morning status hearing.

Downers Grove—, who has pleaded guilty to murdering his wife and unborn child in May 2010, is scheduled to appear for a brief hearing on his pre-sentence report on Aug. 9. His sentencing is set for Aug. 16

Lisle—, the Naperville man accused of attempting to pay for an attack on an estate executor last fall, is scheduled for a status hearing on Aug. 10.

Naperville—Clarence Guyton and Brandon Reynolds, two of , are scheduled for arraignments this week. 

Woodridge—, a Woodridge mom charged with child endangerment, is back in court on Aug. 11 for a status hearing.
