Elmhurst Woman Finds Portillo's Bag Full of Ketchup & Dirty, Insulting Note on Doorstep: Police
The police said they talked to a couple people about the ketchup bag and the note but they denied having anything to do with it.
Someone left a Portillo's bag full of ketchup and an obscene, insulting note on an Elmhurst woman's doorstep Wednesday, police said.
The woman made the curious discovery on the steps of her East Lake Street home about 7 p.m.
"The victim reports (she found) a Portillo's Hot Dog bag full of ketchup and a note on her front doorstep," police said. "The note stated 'Open,' 'I hate you so much stupid,' 'Open s--t,' and, 'Open the bag you small lil poo s--t.'"
The woman "believes the (unidentified) suspects placed it there as they have behavioral problems," police said. "Both suspects were talked to and they deny placing the bag there."
