Elmhurst Police Report Warrant Arrests and License Violations

Warrant Arrests

Elliott B. House, 28, 165 E. North Ave., Elmhurst, turned himself in on a warrant out of Cook County for contempt of court at 10:52 p.m. Nov. 4. He was turned over to the Cook County Sheriff's Department.

Zachary Tyler Wagner, 19, 550 W. Grand Ave., was picked up on a warrant out of Glendale Heights at 7:57 p.m. Nov. 5 at the Extended Stay America hotel, 550 W. Grand Ave. He was picked up by Glendale Heights police.

Paul A. Piaskovy, 65, 260 Eggleston Unit E, Elmhurst, turned himself in on a warrant out of DuPage County for contempt of court at 4:50 p.m. Nov. 8. He was released on bond.

Alonzo D. Wright, 30, 2000 S. Fifth Ave. Apt. 2S, Maywood, turned himself in on a warrant out of DuPage County for failure to appear at 7:04 p.m. Nov. 8. He was released on bond.

Jake Menich, 26, 134 Center St., Wood Dale, was arrested on an outstanding warrant out of Cook County for failure to appear after police pulled over his blue Kia for speeding at 11:30 a.m. Nov. 9 at Route 83 and Interstate 290. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Brandon Holian, 23, 4N482 Briar Lane, Bensenville, was arrested on a warrant out of DuPage County after a traffic stop at North Avenue and Route 83 at 6:01 a.m. Nov. 14. He was released on bond.

Police responding to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Burger King parking lot, 620 W. North Ave., at 4:28 a.m. Nov. 15, discovered that Victor K. Ray, 51, 1122 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights, had a warrant out of Lake County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Cleto Romero, 34, 1520 N. Roberto, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with tinted windows, no insurance, driving with a revoked license and obstructing identification after police pulled over his white Ford Fusion at 8:52 a.m. Nov. 21 at North and Larch. Police discovered he was wanted out of DuPage County for a DUI bond. He was released on bond.

Driving with a Revoked License

Jose Venegas, 31, 2405 S. 56th, Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance and obstructing after police pulled over his black Ford CV for no seat belt and no rear plate light a 4:52 a.m. Nov. 11 at Harger and York roads. He was released on bond.

Ryan Osowski, 28, 8021 S. 86th St., Justice, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, expired registration and no insurance after police pulled over his red Nissan Altima at 265 S. Route 83 at 8:35 a.m. Nov. 18. Osowski also reportedly obstructed identification by providing false information to police. Osowski had four outstanding warrants, police discovered. He was released on bond.

Irene Granadow, 49, 2822 N. Kilpatrick Apt. 3, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her white Ford Explorer for speeding at 8:02 p.m. Nov. 19 at Highland and North Avenue. She was released on bond.

Driving with a Suspended License

Edwin Buestan, 20, 5418 Wrightwood, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and speeding after police pulled over his red Ford Mustang at North and Addison avenues at 5:17 p.m. Oct. 26. He was released on bond.

Miguel Austin, 28, 919 Latrobe, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his tan Chrysler Sebring for expired registration at Route 83 and Interstate 290 at 7:08 p.m. Oct. 26. He was released on bond.

Alice Weirich, 22, 209 S. Stewart, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving without headlights after police pulled over her green Plymouth Acclaim at 6:38 p.m. Oct. 30. She was released on I-bond. A passenger in her car, Benjamin Klaric, 22, of the same address, was found to be wanted out of DuPage County for possession of cannabis. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Latayna Lee, 40, 7324 S. Phillips, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police stopped her blue Ford Explorer for no front plate at 1:40 p.m. Nov. 2 at Roosevelt and York roads. She was released on bond.

Luis M. Gomez, 21, 2645 Kenneth Court, Sun Prairie, Wisc., was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Nissan Altima for disobeying a stop sign at Marion and Kenilworth at 11:33 p.m. Nov. 4. He was released on bond.

Blanche Harris, 26, 223 N. LaCrosse, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her red Buick Century for no seat belt at Church and Grand at 9:37 a.m. Nov. 10. She was released on I-bond.

Gualberto Santos, 29, 330 N. Ardmore Apt. C, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after his blue Dodge Dakota hit a deer at Route 83 and Lake Street at 5:07 a.m. Nov. 9. He was released on bond.

Liliana Valles, 21, 1210 N. 18th Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her tan Nissan Altima for one headlight at 1:58 a.m. Nov. 11 at North and Addison. She was released on bond.

Jose L. Paramo, 32, 2347 W. 21st, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and on a warrant out of DuPage County after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet Cavalier at 5:40 a.m. Nov. 12 at Monroe and Riverside Drive. He was released on bond.

Angelique Weatherspoon, 23, 5501 W. Washington, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her white Plymouth Breeze for improper lane use at Route 83 and Riverside Drive at 5:02 p.m. Nov. 19. She was released on I-bond.

Joy Adams, 25, 1119 Bellwood, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, suspended registration and no front plate after police pulled over her blue Jeep GC at Butterfield and Commonwealth at 6:04 a.m. Nov. 20. She was released on I-bond.

Driving Without a License

Margarita G. Campos-Feria, 41, 6112 W. Diversey Apt. 3, Chciago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her silver Toyota Corolla at 436 N. York Road at 1:26 a.m. Oct. 30. She was driving on a flat tire with her hazard lights on. She was released on bond.

Jasmine D. Trimble, 18, 5424 S. Laflin St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her blue Chrysler Concord for disobeying a traffic control device at North Avenue and Route 83 at 12:15 a.m. Nov. 3. She was released on bond.

Maria G. Cervantes-Rodri, 22, 815 N. Second Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her gray Jeep Grand Cherokee for expired registration at 11:42 p.m. Nov. 3 at Roosevelt Road and Route 83. She was released on I-bond.

Maria Rojas, 22, 455 Green Oaks, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her black Toyota Corolla for no headlights at Lake and Walnut streets at 8:16 p.m. Nov. 7. She was released on bond.

Juan Pimentel, 29, 1516 Jay, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Honda Civic for no headlights at 7:37 p.m. Nov. 8 at North and Addison. He was released on bond.

Maria C. Garcia, 37, 3745 W. Hirsch Apt. 3, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her maroon GMC Safari for one headlight at 12:02 a.m. Nov. 11 at York and Grand. She was released on I-bond.

Acasio Solano, 39, 400 N. Beverly, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after he was involved in a crash with an Elmhurst woman at North Avenue and Route 83 at 9:47 a.m. Nov. 13. He also was charged with disobeying a traffic control device.

Zenaida Rivera-Vazquez, 39, 975 N. Rohwling Road, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after her green Chevy Express was involved in a crash with a 29-year-old Westchester resident at York and Hahn streets at 5:01 p.m. Nov. 15. She was also charged with improper lane use and released on bond.

Jorge Solis, 29, 1726 N. 34th Ave., Stone Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and obstructing identification after police pulled over his black Ford F450 for tinted windows and no valid certificate of safety sticker at Elizabeth and Route 83 at 10:14 a.m. Nov. 17. He reportedly provided the officer with a false name and date of birth. He was released on I-bond.
