Elmhurst Police Report Prostitution Arrest at the Waverton Hotel Thursday

Woman allegedly was keeping a place of prostitution at the Waverton.

Justine R. Campton, 20, 17815 SE Marie St., Portland, Or., was arrested and charged with prostitution and keeping a place of prostitution after an incident at the Waverton Hotel, 624 N. York Road.

Elmhurst police answered an ad on Backpage.com for prostitution. Campton allegedly agreed to meet the officer at the Waverton at 8 p.m. July 28 and requested payment of $180. She allegedly exposed her private areas to the officer and requested money for their time together.

She was taken into custody and released shortly after on an I-bond.
