Elmhurst Police Report Numerous License Violations in June

Driving with a Revoked License

Manuel Estrada, 29, 2422 W. 45th St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop for tinted windows at 6:19 a.m. June 16 at North and Villa avenues. He was released on bond.

Aggravated Driving With a Suspended License

Mazimo Lopez, 27, 13 W. Main St. #21, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a suspended license, providing false identification, driving without insurance and driving with an expired registration after a traffic stop at 2:26 a.m. June 12 at Lorraine and Route 83. Lopez provided officers with a false date of birth. He was taken to DuPage County Jail and his vehicle was towed for forfeiture.

Driving With a Suspended License

Brandon Webb, 25, 2143 W. Jackson, Unit H, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Grand and Willow at 5:55 a.m. June 13. He was released on I-bond.

A 17-year-old boy was charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for expired registration at St. Charles and Cottage Hill at 12:35 a.m. June 14. He was released on I-bond. A 19-year-old passenger also was charged with curfew violation.

Erica Oldenberg, 24, 117 E. Grove St. #5, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with expired registration after a traffic stop at Route 83 and North Avenue at 7:12 p.m. June 14. She was released on I-bond.

Amanda R. Boes, 26, 139 Wisconsin, Villa Park, was arrested and charged for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and no seat belt after a traffic stop at St. Charles and Pick Street at 11:23 p.m. June 16. She was released on bond.

Weston G. Lancaster, 28, 28 Truman Lane, Streamwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for an expired registration plate at 9:06 a.m. June 16 at York and Industrial Drive. He was released on I-bond.

Crystal C. McKay, 35, 5455 W. Crystal, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, and expired and suspended registration after a traffic stop at Spring and St. Charles roads at 12:24 a.m. June 17. She was released on I-bond.

Ruben Fernandez, 36, 2209 Division Apt. B, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at North and Addison at 11:21 p.m. June 17. He was released on bond.

Isabel Velazquez, 23, 4252 W. Augusta, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop for no headlights at North and Addison at 11:29 p.m. June 17. She was released on bond.

Francisco J. Flores, 46, 801 Geneva Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 12:31 a.m. June 20 on York Road between Lake Street and Crestview Ave. He was released on bond.

Andy A. Rodriguez, 37, 1421 N. Karlov, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 12:49 a.m. June 20 at North and Myrtle. He was released on bond.

Justin P. Coleman, 31, 607 N. 15th Ave. #3, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 2:35 a.m. June 20 on York Road between Grand and Diversey Avenue. While checking his registration, police discovered he was wanted for failure to appear on a charge of possession of cannabis. He was released on bond.

Armando Magana, 38, 310 S. Fifth Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 8:33 a.m. June 22 at Second and Glade streets. He was released on bond.

Edward Thomas, 28, 338 N. Ardmore, Elmhurst was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license at 11:50 a.m. June 24. He was taken to DuPage County Jail on a warrant.

Scott Auger, 20, 1436 S. Cuyler, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, speeding and open alcohol after a traffic stop at North and Myrtle at 5:35 p.m. June 24. He was released on I-bond.

Leslie Waters, 20, 44 King Arthur Court #4, Northlake, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, expired registration and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Grand and Crown at 11:47 p.m. June 24. Waters was released on I-bond.

Jose A. Camacho, 31, 5942 S. Sawyer, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and improper use of registration after a traffic stop at Roosevelt and York roads at 12:08 a.m. June 25. He was released on bond.

Giovanni Grimaudo, 30, 4N215 Maple Ave., Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, expired registration, driving without insurance and on two warrants for failure to appear on driving with a suspended license charges. He was released on bond.

Edybalto Carrillo, 38, 121 Bridget Court #1A, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving with one headlight after a traffic stop at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 12:15 a.m. June 28. He was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Claro Moises Velasquez-Juar, 21, 16W565 Second, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after an accident at Grand Avenue and Lake Street at 7:16 p.m. June 11.

Contreras Cruz, 21, 751 N. Michigan, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at 8:47 a.m. June 15 at 700 N. York Road. He was released on I-bond.

Jose Santos, 34, 1323 Hamilton, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Spring and Van Buren at 3:38 p..m. June 15. He was released on bond.

Michael J. Ridgeway, 41, 100 E. George St. #414, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at 4:10 a.m. June 16 at Lake Street and Route 83. He was released on I-bond.

Luis C. Aleman, 23, 3324 N. 38th St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, improper registration and no insurance after a traffic stop at York and Lake at 7:24 p.m. June 18. He was released on bond.

Andres L. Felix, 20, 2100 N. Mango, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at Van Auken and North End at 9:28 p.m. June 18. He was released on bond. A passenger in the vehicle, Wilfredo Felix, 46, 402 E. Washington St., Bensenville, was charged with permitting an unauthorized person to drive.

Jose N. Mandujano, 26, 3830 N. Sawyer, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and expired registration after a traffic stop at York and Lake at 12:57 a.m. June 19. He was released on bond.

Anthony Almendarez, 1651 N. Central Park, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and possession of fireworks after a traffic stop at 2:08 a.m. June 21 at North and Berteau. He was released on I-bond.

Blanca Argueta, 44, 216 W. Michael Lane #3, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and leaving the scene of an accident after an accident at Lake Street and York Road at 3:11 p.m. June 22.

Blanca Gonzalez, 35, 1616 Main St., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at 2:10 a.m. June 23 at St. Charles and Kenmore. She was released on I-bond.

Marvin Zacarias, 22, 939 N. York, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, failure to yield and obstructing after he gave false information to an officer during a traffic stop at York and Diversey at 5:20 p.m. June 25. Police discovered he had a warrant out of Itasca. He was released to the Itasca Police Department.

Donna M. Johnson, 62, 4112 S. Prairie Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance, driving with suspended registration and unlawful display of a registration sticker after a traffic stop at 5:48 a.m. June 26 at York and Harvard. She was released on I-bond.

Angelo Perez-Avyala, 39, 5517 S. Fairfield, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at 344 E. North Ave. at 2:50 p.m. June 26. He was released on bond.

Felipe Alonso, 59, 2443 S. Millard #1, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and improper use of registration after a traffic stop at 2:56 a.m. June 27 at York and Roosevelt roads. He was released on bond.

Andreas Eb, 42, 1053 W. Woodland, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after his vehicle was involved in an accident at 1:25 p.m. June 27 at Lake Street and West Avenue. Lorenzo Hernandez, 36, 1538 Robin Ave., Melrose Park, was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.

Luvia Rivera, 37, 2642 S. Austin, Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after an accident at 3:58 p.m. June 27 at North Avenue and Route 83.

Macario Lopez, 45, 1051 Ferrari Drive #2A, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, having a loud muffler and driving with one headlight at York and Fullerton at 1:35 a.m. June 28. He was released on I-bond.

Victor A. Lopez, 20, 212 Sonny Apt. GB, Bensenville, was charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance at 2:54 a.m. June 28 at Grand and Entry. He was released on I-bond.

Sergio Zepeda, 24, 806 N. 21st Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving with one headlight after a traffic stop at York and Industrial Drive at 10:14 p.m. June 28. He was released on bond.
