Elmhurst Police Report Multiple License Violations in August

Driving with a Revoked License

Gerard Duckins, 25, 3614 W. Franklin, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license, driving without insurance and obstructing identification after police pulled over his gray Buick Regal for failure to signal and no registration plate light at Riverside Drive and Route 83 at 12:36 a.m. Aug. 14. Police said Duckins provided a false name and date of birth. He was released on bond.

Daniel Tierrablanca, 28, 4731 S. Rockwell, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and obstructing identification after police pulled over his silver Dodge Grand Caravan for speeding at St. Charles and Lawndale at 5:41 a.m. Aug. 20. Police said he provided a false name when he returned to the police department to pay for his vehicle's tow.

Driving With a Suspended License

Fabiola Navarro, 35, 719 N. Sixth Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her silver Chevrolet Monte Carlo for suspended registration at Butterfield and Prospect at 9:28 p.m. Aug. 3. She was also found to be wanted out of Will County. She was released on bond.

Miriam Rodriguez, 22, 503 Dorchester Court, Roselle, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her black Chevrolet Malibu for following too closely at Route 83 and Riverside Drive at 5:14 a.m. Aug. 4. She was released on bond.

Delores Collins, 50, 7139 S. Rockwell Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her Ford Focus for no plate light at Roosevelt and Route 83 at 4:37 a.m. Aug. 6. She was released on I-bond.

Jeffrey D. Moore, 25, 129 S. Villa, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Ford Focus for expired registration at Lake and York streets at 5:38 a.m. Aug. 10. He was released on I-bond.

Jasmine K. Day, 22, 828 S. 15th Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her green Honda Accord for no front plate at Roosevelt and Route 83 at 6:02 a.m. Aug. 12. She was released on I-bond.

Martin Krafcky, 21, 415 Ridgeland, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Cavalier for expired registration at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 10:22 a.m. Aug. 19. He was released on bond.

Derrick Igbo, 21, 1322 Alexander Drive, Bolingbrook, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police stopped his black Mitsubishi Eclipse for speeding on the 400 block of West Alexander Boulevard at 8:34 a.m. Aug. 21. He was released on I-bond.

Frank Martinez, 29, 618 S. Parkside Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Toyota Coupe for no seat belt at 209 N. York at 6:31 p.m. Aug. 21.

Senetta Williams, 33, 1737 N. Linder St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her tan Chrysler 300 for improper lane use at Interstate 290 and York at 12:45 a.m. Aug. 23. She was released on bond.

Daisy Torrijos, 28, 568 Lynn Court Apt. C, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her black Volkswagon Jetta for disobeying a traffic control device at North and Michigan at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 24. She was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Gerver Granados, 32, 442 Emery Lane, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over a black Honda CBR for speeding at York and Church at 11:36 p.m. Aug. 2. Granados was released on bond.

Alberto Madero-Suastegu, 40, 9815 Linn Ave. Apt. 1, Schiller Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his green Saturn SLZ for speeding at Butterfield and Cambridge at 6:11 a.m. Aug. 3. He was released on I-bond.

Dominique Morrison, 26, 4947 W. Monroe, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police observed her silver Chevrolet Malibu driving very slowly in the right lane at Lake and Route 83 at 10:11 p.m. Aug. 12. She was also charged with minimum speed regulation and failure to properly secure a child under age 8. She was released on bond.

Maria Rico, 18, 544 W. Division Apt. 1, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after her green GMC Jimmy was involved in an accident with a 40-year-old River Grove resident at Grand and York at 5:07 p.m. Aug. 13. She was released on bond.

Jose A. Tech, 35, 104 N. Frolic, Waukegan, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Ford Explorer for speeding on North Avenue between Willow and Indiana at 6:40 a.m. Aug. 14. He was released on bond.

Leonardo Guttierrez, 30, 66 E. Shubert, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Nissan Maxima for tinted windows at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 6:14 a.m. Aug. 19.

Irene Galicia, 36, 208 E. Columbia, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled her blue Mazda MPV over for no headlights at York and Cayuga at 1 a.m. Aug. 17. She was released to a valid driver at the scene.

Feliciano Hernandez, 35, 16 N. Idlewild Ave., Mundelein, was charged with driving without a license after he was involved in an accident with a 59-year-old Elmhurst woman on the 600 block of West North Avenue at 5:53 p.m. Aug. 20.

Cesar Simental-Alaniz, 36, 1146 Herbert, Berkley, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Blazer for texting while driving at 5:28 p.m. Aug. 23. He was released on bond.

David Pina-Gante, 24, 4920 W. Wrightwood, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Volkswagon Jetta for a loud muffler at North Avenue and Interstate 290 at 1:46 a.m. Aug. 25. He was released on bond.

Christopher Sanders, 31, 333 S. Albany, Chicago, was arrested for driving without a license and attempting to elude police after police attempted to pull over his silver Cadillac Deville for violating shoulder signs at Route 83 and North Avenue at 5:37 p.m. Aug. 30. He also was charged with possession of cannabis. He was released on bond.
