Elmhurst Police Report Multiple Cases of Drivers Caught Driving Without a License
Instances were reported between Sept. 9 and 20.
Driving With a Suspended License
Jose Garcia, 29, 1233 N. Irving Ave., Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Honda Civic for speeding at St. Charles and Hill at 10:22 a.m. Sept. 9. He was released on bond.
Kandorita Logan, 42, 2015 S. Finley Apt. 502, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a license that was suspended for DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over her silver Chevrolet Impala at Roosevelt and Route 83 at 1:03 a.m. Sept. 13. She was released on bond and her vehicle towed for forfeiture.
Christina Biondolillo, 22, 255 S. Addison, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her green Saturn at 850 S. Riverside Drive at 1:52 p.m. Sept. 13. She was released on I-bond.
Mario Hardy, 27, 4045 W. 21st St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Dodge Intrepid for speeding at York and Virginia at 12:33 a.m. Sept. 15. He was released on I-bond.
Reginald D. Stephens, 53, 9102 S. Harvard, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Ford E150 for suspended registration at Glade and North at 12:05 a.m. Sept. 18. He was released on I-bond.
Ismael Romero, 48, 343 47th Ave., Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Chevrolet S10 for failure to stop at a stop sign at Cottage Hill and Seminole at 4:34 p.m. Sept. 18. He was released on bond.
Driving Without a License
Maria Magdale Nava-Valenzo, 32, 530 N. Mill Road Apt. 1N, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her white Nissan Maxima for speeding at Lake and North at 5:45 a.m. Sept. 11. She was released on bond.
Tomas Tapia, 25, 5402 S. Wollcot, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after his tan Geo Metro was involved in an accident with a 72-year-old Elmhurst man at Schiller and Commerce Parkway at 3:02 p.m. Sept. 11.
Juan Guzman, 44, 378 E. Aberdeen, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his red Chevrolet for disobeying a traffic control device at Arthur and York at 5:38 a.m. Sept. 12.
Patrice Gardley, 18, 663 Elm Park, was charged with driving without a license after her green Chevrolet Malibu struck a house on the 100 block of Oakland Grove at 2:42 p.m. Sept. 12. She also was charged with failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Luis Ruiz, 28, 1841 N. Drake, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet Silverado for expired registration at North Avenue and River Glen at 6:56 a.m. Sept. 14. He was released on I-bond.
Martin R. Medina, 46, 2100 N. Pulaski Road, Chicago, was charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Nissan for obstructed windshield at Indiana and Third at 9:42 a.m. Sept. 14. He was released on I-bond.
Omar A. Hernandez, 34, 344 W. Vallette, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, illegal transportation of open alcohol and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Dodge Caravan for improper lane use and squealing tires at York and Fremont at 5:41 p.m. Sept. 15. He was released on bond.
Alfredo Mendoza, 23, 1317 Baldwin Court Apt. 3B, Palatine, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Ford Focus for speeding at York and Church streets at 7 a.m. Sept. 17. He was released on bond.
Ivan I. Andres, 23, 111 N. Highland, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his gray Chrysler Sebring for tinted windows at Palmer and Schiller at 5:48 p.m. Sept. 18.
Javier Godinez, 56, 3416 St. Paul, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his red Ford F150 for improper lane use at Commonwealth and Butterfield at 12:56 a.m. Sept. 20. He was released on bond.
Mendy Moore, 38, 748 S. Western Apt. 1, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her red Ford Explorer for speeding at Grand and York at 8:50 a.m. Sept. 20. She was released on bond.
