Elmhurst Police Report License Violations for the Second Half of April

Police report two arrests for revoked licenses, 13 arrests for suspended licenses and six arrests for driving without a license between April 17 and 30.

Driving With a Revoked License

Alejo Diaz, 41, 17W706 Butterfield Road Apt. 109, Oakbrook Terrace, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his Chevy Suburban for driving around marked barricades on North Avenue at 7:27 a.m. April 19. He was released on bond.

Harry Mondaine, 33, 2542 W. 78th St. Apt. 3E, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his white Dodge Stratus for no brake lights at North and York at 12:10 a.m. April 22. He was released on bond.

Driving with a Suspended License

Robert A. Marrero, 42, 3058 N. Oleander Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his red Chrysler Pacifica for one headlight at Lake and York at 5:11 a.m. April 17. He was released on bond.

Luis L. Martinez, 23, 1107 N. 16th Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Buick LeSabre for improper use of registration and speeding at 8:42 p.m. April 17. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Jeremy Allen, 24, 1006 N. Kevdale, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his gray Pontiac G6 for disobeying a red light at York and Palmer at 3:42 a.m. April 20. He was released on bond and his vehicle held for forfeiture.

Merrell D. Williams, 52, 209 S. Seventh Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over a green Chevrolet Astro for speeding at Butterfield and York at 5:55 p.m. April 20. Williams was released on bond.

James Brooks, 38, 410 N. Howard Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his Ford Contour at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 4:18 p.m. April 19. He was released on bond.

Linda F. Billups, 47, 1045 30th Ave., Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her tan Toyota Camry at Roosevelt and York at 5:11 p.m. April 23. She was released on bond.

Clemente Contreras, 18, 1209 Brookwood St., Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Hyundai Tiburon for disobeying a traffic control device at Route 83 and Second Street at 7:59 a.m. April 25. He was released at the scene.

Christopher M. Guzman, 40, 313 S. West Ave. Apt. F, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his red Ford F-150 for speeding at Route 83 and Second Street at 6:36 p.m. April 26. He was released on bond.

Donte Mitchell, 22, 718 N. Michigan, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Toyota Celica for improper lane use at Grand and Oaklawn at 8:53 a.m. April 27. He was released on bond.

Rafael Arellano, 24, 672 Pickwick Court Apt. GW, Mount Prospect, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his yellow Suzuki GSX for avoiding a traffic control device at York and Grand at 8:29 p.m. April 27. He was released on bond.

Raeesa Mahmood, 31, 464 E. Lincoln, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with registration suspended for insurance violation after police pulled over Mahmood's black Chevy Cavalier for failure to signal at North and West avenues at 7:47 a.m. April 29. Mahmood was released on bond.

Pete Drogolewicz, 46, 1212 White Fence Lane, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after his Chrysler Town and Country was involved in an accident at the Lake Street crossover at 1:06 a.m. April 30. He also was wanted on warrants out of DuPage County. He was released on bond.

Isreal Saldiver, 31, 6806 S. Kenneth, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police saw him drive southbound where it was marked "Do Not Enter" at York and Second Street at 2:49 p.m. April 30. Saldiver was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Carlos A. Montero-Sanche, 24, 916 Bayview Court, Round Lake Beach, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Ford for disobeying a traffic control device at North and York at 4:07 p.m. April 19. He was released on bond.

Alfredo Velasquez Garcia, 35, 1046 S. York, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled him over for failure to signal on the 200 block of West Grand Avenue at 11:01 a.m. April 20. He was released on bond.

Amilcar Lucas, no age given, 121 Gerry Stevens, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Pontiac Grand Am for failure to signal on the 500 block of North Oaklawn at 8:50 a.m. April 21. He was released on bond.

David J. Aguirre, 23, 5334 W. 23rd, Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his tan Honda Accord for a broken windshield at York and Columbia at 6:15 p.m. April 25. He was released on bond.

Miguel A. Rosales, 29, 233 S. Lodge Lane, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his vehicle for one headlight at St. Charles and Villa at 10:05 p.m. April 29. He was released on bond.

Geronimo F. Ramos-Lopez, 37, 118 Bridget Court Apt. 2B, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled him over for disobeying a traffic control device at Route 83 near North Avenue at 9:01 a.m. April 30. He was released on bond.
