Elmhurst Police Report License Violations for March
Charges filed for driving without a license or driving with a suspended license.
Driving With a Suspended License
Adam M. McVey, 33, 225 E. First St., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Honda Civic for disobeying a traffic signal at 218 E. Butterfield Road at 10:37 a.m. March 5. He was released on I-bond.
David A. Heath, 23, 771 John St., Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Nissan Sentra for speeding at York and Crestview at 7:43 a.m. March 7. He was released on bond.
Laurdes Carrero, 40, 1244 Wenonah, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance after police pulled over a red Buick LeSabre at Grantley and Howard for disobeying a traffic control device at 2:16 a.m. March 8. Carrero was released on I-bond.
Alezander Valente, 30, 1935 Arthur Ave., Berkeley, was arrested and charged with felony aggravated driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his red Ford Explorer for expired registration at North Avenue and Route 83 at 5:57 a.m. March 15. Valente's license had been suspended on a prior DUI offense. He was taken to DuPage County Jail and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.
Michael Humpries, 19, 733 N. Evanslawn, Aurora, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet HHR for no seat belt at 404 N. York Road at 9:04 p.m. March 16. He was released on I-bond.
Adrian Ramirez, 32, 1641 N. Monito, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving with no insurance after his black Mitsubishi Eclipse was involved in an accident at North Avenue and Highland at 12:22 a.m. March 18. Ramirez was released on bond.
Gary Brown, 39, 308 W. 114th St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Ford Taurus for no valid registration at Interstate 290 and St. Charles Road at 4:55 a.m. March 24. He was released on I-bond.
Ryszard Fronc, 47, 6905 W. Addison Apt. 2E, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Nissan Maxima for a seat belt violation at Oaklawn and North at 8:33 a.m. March 29. He was released on I-bond.
Driving Without a License
Miriam Munoz, 25, 528 S. Michigan, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after her silver Dodge Neon struck a vehicle driven by a 52-year-old Itasca woman at North Avenue and Ferndale at 11:45 a.m. March 3.
Jaime M. Rodriguez-Merid, 111 Bridget Unit GB, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Honda Civic for failure to yield at Addison and First streets at 8:50 a.m. March 7. He was released on bond.
Randall A. Poggensee, 23, 1025 S. Finley, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after his silver Honda CRV was involved in an accident with a 28-year-old Villa Park resident at St. Charles and Oakland Grove at 4:31 p.m. March 8. He was released on bond.
Four 17-year-olds were cited for curfew violations, and one of them was arrested for driving without a license and without insurance after police pulled over their gray Dodge Neon for seat belt violations at York and Palmer at 12:48 a.m. March 10. All were released on I-bond to their parents.
Miguel Manriquez, 23, 3051 W. Cermack, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Volkswagon Jetta for speeding at Lake Street and Route 83 at 4:05 p.m. March 11. He was released on bond.
Alfonso Arizmendi Jr., 19, 322 Barron, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gray Lexus ES300 for expired registration at North Avenue and Route 83 at 5:45 p.m. March 12. He was released on bond.
Raquel Reyes, 26, 5629 St. Charles Road, Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her blue GMC Envoy for disobeying a traffic control device at York and Lexington at 8:19 a.m. March 13. She was released on bond.
Braulio Guzman-Vazquez, 39, 1834 W. Erie, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Dodge Dakota for failure to signal at Lawndale and Park streets at 3:11 a.m. March 14. He also was charged with obstruction after he provided officers with false identification. He was released on bond.
Jaime Saldago-Perez, 25, 3047 S. Keely St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over a brown Chevrolet Blazer for speeding at St. Charles and Interstate 290 at 11:49 a.m. March 14. Salgado-Perez was released on I-bond.
Juan L. Paz, 33, 56 E. Palatine Road Apt. 1R, Palatine, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Express for no brake lights at Armitage and Highview at 6:44 a.m. March 20. He was released on I-bond.
Rigoberto Alcantar, 34, 6453 Maplewood, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Ford F150 for a cracked windshield at North and Maple at 1:32 p.m. March 20. He was released on bond.
Crisantema Ramirez, 44, 2905 Willens Apt. 5, Melrose Park, was charged with driving without a license after police pulled her over for speeding at York and Industrial Drive at 6:30 a.m. March 27. She was released on I-bond.
