Elmhurst Police Report License Violations Feb. 15-25

Drivers arrested for driving with revoked, suspended and non-existent licenses.

Driving with a Revoked License

Klaudia Mihalova, 42, 1113 W. Wildwood Lane Apt. 301, West Allis, Wisc., was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over her silver Honda Civic for no seat belt at West and Belden at 11:04 a.m. Feb. 20. She was released on bond.

Driving With a Suspended License

Marquetta Stubblefield, 30, 499 Sidney Unit C, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her red Buick Century for no rear registration plate light at North and Route 83 at 2:22 a.m. Feb. 15. She was released on bond.

Lori L. Williams, 32, 351 W. 115th St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her silver Mercury Sable for expired and suspended registration at Myrtle and North at 12:16 p.m. Feb. 15. She was released on bond.

Dawn E. Conway, 40, 870 S. Chatham, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her white Honda Odyssey for registration suspended for insurance violation at Addison and Hahn St. at 6:08 p.m. Feb. 17. She was released on bond.

Tamira Haynes, 38, 2127 S. Ninth, Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her silver Cadillac for disobeying a traffic signal at Route 83 and Riverside Drive at 8:37 p.m. Feb. 17. She was released on bond.

Arsenio Payan, 28, 159 Azalea Circle, Romeoville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his blue Volkswagon Jetta for tinted windows at Butterfield and Commonwealth at 4:32 p.m. Feb. 18. He was released on bond.

Devon Hall, 25, 4720 Beaubien, Lisle, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Buick Regal at Riverside and Van Buren at 2:30 a.m. Feb. 19. He was released on bond.

Jasmine Miller, 36, 624 S. 17th Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her green Chevy Malibu for suspended registration at 600 North Ave. at 7:51 a.m. Feb. 20. Police also discovered she had a warrant out of DuPage County for failure to appear. She was released on bond for the Elmhurst charges, then taken to DuPage County Jail for the warrant.

Joel Saavedra, 20, 7061 W. Barry, town not given, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Chevrolet van for speeding at Villa and Albert at 9:25 a.m. Feb. 20. He was released on bond.

Martha L. Avila-Casas, 43, 1826 N. 39th Ave., Stone Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her blue Ford Windstar for improper use of registration at North and Villa at noon Feb. 20. She was released on bond.

Dominique M. Williams, 28, 246 E. St. Charles Road Apt. GC, Carol Stream, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her red Ford Focus for obstructed license plate at St. Charles and Spring roads at 4:48 p.m. Feb. 20. She was released on bond and the vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Constantino Herrera, 64, 2050 Kentland Drive, Romeoville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Ford E350 for disobeying a traffic signal at First and Addison at 4:08 p.m. Feb. 22. Police discovered he also had a warrant out of DuPage County for failure to appear. He was released on bond.

Yaprece Pierce, 23, 933 S. 22nd, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Monte Carlo for failure to signal at Roosevelt and York at 11:38 p.m. Feb. 25. Police said he provided a false date of birth. A passenger in the vehicle, Latoya Patton, 28, 127 S. 20th, Maywood, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis, open alcohol and obstruction of justice. Both were released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Rosalba Perez, 21, 5426 S. Wolcott, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over a gray Toyota Corolla for speeding at St. Charles and Fair at 5:45 a.m. Feb. 15. Perez was released on bond.

Pedro M. Cadengo, 26, 125 N. May St., Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his red Honda Civic for improper lane use at 187 N. York Road at 4:49 p.m. Feb. 15. He was released on bond.

Reybi Funes, 18, 568 W. Diversey, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gray Dodge Stratus for improper lane use at Grand and York at 4:13 a.m. Feb. 16. He was released on bond.

Raquel Dorado, 37, 445 N. Douglas Ave., Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her silver Dodge Charger for speeding at St. Charles and Fair at 8:30 a.m. Feb. 18. She was released on bond.

Filiberto Carricco, 48, 1041 Ferrari Apt. 1B, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Toyota Corolla for no headlights at York and Grand at 11:18 p.m. Feb. 22. He was released on bond.

Angel Hernandez, 45, 4161 W. 25th, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his red Jeep Cherokee for improper lane use and obstructed front windshield at Interstate 290 and North Avenue at 3:23 a.m. Feb. 24. He was released on bond.

Jose Luis Calderon-Cortes, 42, 9746 S. Ewing, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his gray Ford Focus for improper lighting at Lake and Grand at 5:02 a.m. Feb. 25. He was released on bond.
