Driving with a Revoked License

Francisco Ocampo, 25, 1719 W. 17th St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his black Chevy Cobalt for speeding at York and Wrightwood at 6:45 a.m. Nov. 29. He was released on I-bond.

Joseph Irwin, 24, 2866 W. Belden, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and obstruction of justice after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet Impala for tinted windows and no rear plate light at Melrose and North Avenue at 5:03 a.m. Dec. 3. Irwin allegedly provided police with a false name and date of birth. He was released on I-bond.

Driving with a Suspended License

Anthony G. Katsivalis, 20, 326 Chandler, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Ford Thunderbird at 116 W. Vallette at 12:48 p.m. Nov. 22.

Salvatore J. Miglio Jr., 39, 11129 Shaw St., Westchester, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Lexus ES 250 for a seat belt violation at York and Lexington streets at 12:46 a.m. Nov. 23. He was released after posting bond.

William Gonzalez, 29, 6654 21st St. Apt. 6, Berwyn, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Honda Accord for improper registration on the 600 block of West North Avenue at 8:42 a.m. Nov. 23.

Nicole J. Lehman, 26, 342 Miner St., Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her silver Ford Explorer for a seat belt violation on the 900 block of North York Road at 11:12 a.m. Nov. 25. She also was found to have a warrant out of DuPage County for failure to appear on a previous charge of driving with a suspended license. She was released on bond.

Jose A. Silva-Diaz, 48, 2540 N. Mannheim Road Apt. 108, Franklin Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Ford F150 for improper lane use, failure to signal and suspended registration at North and Oaklawn at 1:48 a.m. Nov. 26. He was released on bond.

Fredy C. Alva, 21, 126 W. Elizabeth Apt. 6, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Honda Civic for no valid registration at Grand and York at 12:35 a.m. Nov. 30. He also had a warrant for failure to appear out of DuPage County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Stewart E. Anderson, 28, 1408 S. 19th, Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his maroon Buick Century for an unsafe tire and invalid registration at Fair and St. Charles at 11:50 a.m. Dec. 1. He was released on I-bond.

Cecilia Gamez, 33, 5138 Madison, Hillside, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her brown Buck Century for no plate light at Butterfield and Colfax at 8:10 p.m. Dec. 3. She was released on bond.

Marvin E. Barnes, 33, 3902 Jackson St., Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after pulled over his silver Dodge Durango for having an obstructed plate at Route 83 and North Avenue at 4:13 a.m. Dec. 6. He also was found to have a warrant out of DuPage County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Marvin K. Thompson, 23, 3641 W. Dickens Apt. 2B, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Nissan Sentra for disobeying a traffic control device at 1000 S. York Road at 7:33 a.m. Dec. 6. He was released on I-bond.

Kosciuk Piotr, 32, 40 S. Lodge, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Subaru Forester for failure to signal at Route 83 and the Union Pacific railroad tracks at 5:18 p.m. Dec. 7. He was released on bond.

Samantha Barranco, 21, 686 S. Bryan St., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her silver Mitsubishi Eclipse for speeding at Holly and St. Charles at 2:43 p.m. Dec. 8. She was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Noe Padilla, 23, 341 Medil, Northlake, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his red Dodge Intrepid for improper lane use at Addison and Second Street at :51 p.m. Nov. 29. Padilla was released on I-bond.

Ricardo Espinoza, 50, 991 N. York, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Ford F150 at Hillside and Madison at 8 p.m. Nov. 30. He was released on bond.

Jose J. Martinez-Torres, 23, 1001 W. North Ave. Apt. C, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his red Toyota Corolla for improper lighting at North and Maple at 12:4 a.m. Dec. 1. He was released on bond.

Pedro Ibanez, 30, 73 Birch St., Carpentersville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Ford Focus for one headlight at Route 83 and Interstate 290 at 12:52 a.m. Dec. 4. He was released on bond.
