Elmhurst Police Report License Violations

Driving Without a License

Sergio Ocampo-Hernand, 50, 1341 S. 49th Ave., Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving without a license at 12:03 p.m. May 20 at North Avenue and River Glen. He was released on bond.

Rodolfo Maya, 33, 121 E. Fullerton, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding after a traffic stop at Michigan and Gladys at 3:21 p.m. May 24. He was released on bond.

Armando Lopez, 34, 1041 Ferrari Apt. GA, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at 12:09 a.m. May 26 at York and Interstate 290. He was released on bond.

Adolfo Ramirez Jr., 27, 2115 N. Natchez, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at 1:07 a.m. May 26 at North and Maple. He also was driving with a suspended registration for no insurance. He was released on bond.

Luis F. Ruiz, 21, 1212 N. Irving Ave., Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at 8:55 a.m. May 26 at North Avenue and Route 83. He was released on I-bond.

Driving with a Suspended License

Edward Lee Carpenter, 36, 301 Shady Lane, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle after a traffic stop at 5:38 a.m. May 23 at North Avenue and Route 83. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Deborah Ross, 43, 392 Elm, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at 8:51 a.m. May 25 at Addison and First streets. She was released on I-bond.

Lazaro Ventura Garcia, 26, 4715 W. Altgeld, Chicago, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at 7:33 p.m. May 25 at 370 N. Route 83. He was released on bond.

Driving with a Revoked License

Angel Peralta, 51, 4539 S. Talman, second floor, Chicago, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving without registration, driving without insurance and felony driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop at 3:17 p.m. May 25 at 730 N. York Road. He also was found to have a warrant out of Will County for failure to appear. He was taken to DuPage County Jail and his Chevy Astro was towed for forfeiture.

Jose J. Bernal, 44, 1818 B Central, Chicago, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a revoked license and disobeying a police officer after a traffic stop at 3:09 a.m. May 26 at Lake and Interstate 290. He was taken to DuPage County Jail and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.
