Driving with a Suspended License
Charles Decuire, 65, 5905 Huron St., Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Park and Kenmore at 2:26 a.m. March 10. He was released on bond.
Charlott Sharp, 24, 203 Bonnie Brae, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 100 E. Cayuga Ave. at 3:30 p.m. March 10. Sharp was released on bond.

Shelly Fabbri, 46, 316 Lincoln Court #4, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and improper lane use at 11:56 p.m. March 11 at Lake Street and Route 83. She was released on I-bond.
Vivian Garcia, 37, 1024 W. Hillcrest, DeKalb, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle at 2:29 a.m. March 12 at North Avenue and York Road. She was released on I-bond.

Christi A. Rocha, 30, 721 N. Van Auken, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and no insurance after a traffic stop at North End and Michigan, at 2:54 p.m. March 17. She was released on bond.
Conrad Rutkowski, 28, 302 N. Elmhurst Road, Prospect Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 9:16 p.m. March 17 at North Avenue and Route 83.
Driving Without a License
Mario Alcantara-Villa, 33, 1667 Kimberly, Romeoville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop at Harger and York roads at 4:04 a.m. March 10. He was released on I-bond.
Allan J. Villatoro, 38, 340 Kingery Court, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, no valid registration and improper use of registration after a traffic stop at Route 83 and Riverside Drive at 5:47 a.m. March 11. He was released on I-bond.
Victoria Hernandez, 22, 594 Kenilworth, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and disobeying a stop sign after a traffic stop at 6:38 a.m. March 11 at Van Auken and Diversey. She was released on bond.
Jacinto Martinez, 40, 1570 Highland, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance at 3:17 p.m. March 13 at North Avenue and Elm Street. He was released on bond.
Erasmo Valois-Torres, 27, 1615 N. 33rd, Melrose Park, was charged with driving without a license at 12:48 a.m. March 14 after a traffic stop on the 200 block of North Berteau. He was released on I-bond.
Jose G. Ramirez, 36, 2046 N. 17th Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license at 1:32 a.m. March 17 at North Avenue and Myrtle. He was released on I-bond
Driving with a Revoked License
John L. Swarn, 29, 13149 S. Rhodes, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoke license and driving without insurance after he was stopped at 355 W. St. Charles Road at 3:03 a.m. March 13. He was released on I-bond.
Joshua Rivera, 21, 2448 N. Kildare Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop for speeding at 2:06 a.m. March 15 at North Avenue and Michigan. Alyssia M. Perry, 19, 4833 N. Olcott Ave., Harwood Heights, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. A 17-year-old girl was cited curfew violation and released to her mother.
Rudi Pesovic, 39, 8500 W. Rascager #3N, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after a traffic stop at York Road and Interstate 290 at 6:29 p.m. March 17. He was released on bond.
