Elmhurst Police Report License Violations

No Drivers License

Lizette Rubio, 36, 5730 S. Trumbull, Chicago, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving without a license at 1:24 a.m. Feb. 12 at North Avenue and Berteau. She was released on bond.

Bernardo Luna, 36, 2033 N. 18th Ave. #9, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license at 8:09 p.m. Feb. 13 at York Road and Diversey Avenue after police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Police learned that Luna did not have a drivers license and told him to call for a ride. A short time later, Luna drove away, at which time he was taken into custody.

Rene Lara, 22, 2323 S. Hamlin, Chicago, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving without a license after a traffic stop at Interstate 290 and North Avenue at 4:57 a.m. Feb. 19.

Andres Rodriguez, 24, 3532 W. 38th Place, Chicago, was arrested and charged with speeding, driving with an expired drivers license and driving without insurance at 7:45 a.m. Feb. 19 at North Avenue and Maple Street.

Juan P. Garcia-Gomez, 22, 1051 Ferrari Drive, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance, improper use of registration and no front registration plate after a traffic stop at Grand Avenue and Church Street at 1:23 a.m. Feb. 20. He was released on bond.

Francixo Javier Martinez, 51, 8802 45th Place Unit 12, Brookfield, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after a traffic stop for improper lighting at 2:39 a.m. at Lake Street and Grand Avenue. He was released on bond.

Jorge L. Hernandez, 25, 227 N. Narrangansett, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and speeding at 11:46 p.m. Feb. 21 at North Avenue and Addison Street.

Alvaro R. Serafin, 28, 86 W. Elizabeth, Addison, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving without a license at 3:24 a.m. Feb. 22, at Interstate 290 and York Road.

Medardo Ortega, 29, 9589 Lawrence, Schiller Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and having tinted windows after a traffic stop at 215 S. Route 83 at 5:06 p.m. Feb. 22.

Suspended Drivers License

Erika Robles, 30, 740 N. Broadway St. Apt. F, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, improper lane use and driving without insurance after a traffic stop at North Avenue and River Glen Road at 3:19 a.m. Feb. 21. She was released on bond.

Revoked Drivers License

Severiano Calixto, 41, 70 W. Michael Lane, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and driving without insurance after he was stopped for not wearing a seat belt at Grand Avenue and York Road at 9:42 a.m. Feb. 16. He was released on bond.
