Elmhurst Police Report DUI Arrests and a Fight at Charlie's

All arrests were made in the wee hours of Christmas Eve.

DUI Arrests

Isela N. Rodriguez, 18, 170 S. Lincoln Ave. Apt. 2A, Addison, was arrested and charged with zero tolerance driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over her white Cadillac Brougham for speeding and improper right turn at North and Villa avenues at 12:59 a.m. Dec. 24. She also was charged with obstructing justice for providing a false name and date of birth, consumption of alcohol by a minor and driving without a license. She was released on I-bond.

Ivan Valladares, 48, 770 Eastland, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his white Cadillac Deville for speeding at York and Diversey at 3:04 a.m. Dec. 24. He was released on I-bond.

Phillip LeDonne, 26, 369 W. Montrose, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his silver Infiniti G20 for improper lane use and improper turn at York and Elmwood Terrace at 5:32 a.m. Dec. 24. He was released on bond.

Battery

Marco J. Recio, 26, 1212 N. LaSalle Apt. 1702, Chicago, was arrested and charged with battery after he allegedly was seen fighting with another person at Charlie's, 122 S. York St., at 1:36 a.m. Dec. 24. He was released on I-bond.
