Elmhurst Police Arrest Drivers With Suspended, Revoked Licenses

Driving With a Revoked License

Raymond Kludoa, 77, 214 N. West Ave. Apt. 5, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with felony aggravated driving with a revoked license after his red Chevrolet was pulled over at Glenview and Second at 2:19 a.m. Nov. 19. 

Adam Kappes, 26, 11542 W. Grand Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and possession of cannabis after police pulled over his silver Oldsmobile Aurora for expired registration at Lake Street and Interstate 290 at 12:44 a.m. Nov. 24. He was released on bond. Passenger Joshua Kappes, 24, of the same address, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol. He also was found to have a failure to appear warrant out of DuPage County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Megan Everskemper, 21, 281 Columbia Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a license revoked for DUI after police pulled over her tan Chrysler Sebring at North and Melrose at 2:11 a.m. Nov. 26. She was released on bond and her vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Driving With a Suspended License

Robert Vandergaw, 47, 133 N. Concord, Carol Stream, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Honda CRV for driving without headlights at 3:28 p.m. Nov. 5, at 675 W. North Ave.

John Jackson, 33, 2121 S. Ninth Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his tan Oldsmobile Alero for expired registration at North and Melrose at 10:12 p.m. Nov. 7. He was released on bond.

Samyra Westbrooks, 33, 4814 W. Quincy Apt. 2, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her purple Buick for expired registration at Monroe and Riverside Drive at 9:20 p.m. Nov. 9. She was released on bond.

Artem Arbitman, 24, 1327 Oakmedow Court, Wheeling, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police responded to a call for a suspicious vehicle at an undisclosed address at 11:18 a.m. Nov. 15. Arbitman also was issued a no-trespass notice. He was released on bond.

Nicholas M. Conley, 35, 13636 Goldmark Drive, Dallas, Texas, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after his white Toyota Camry was involved in an accident on the 600 block of West North Avenue at 3:02 p.m. Nov. 15. 

Jillian M. Rodriguez, 23, 372 E. Montana, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her silver Chevrolet Aveo for expired registration at Second and Elm at 7:40 a.m. Nov. 19. She was released on bond.

Giacomo Ruffolo, 34, 2743 72nd Court Apt. 1E, Elmwood Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his gray Nissan Sentra for a seat belt violation at North and Melrose at noon Nov. 21. He was released on bond.

Dustin Taff, 22, 119 Catle St., Sandwich, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his red Dodge Dakota for no seat belt on the 200 block of North Addison at 9:29 p.m. Nov. 22. He was released on bond.

Demond Moore, 37, 155 S. 16th Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police responded to a call for a motorist assist at North and Addison avenues at 6:29 a.m. Nov. 27. He was released on bond.

Roberto Santacruz, 19, 810 N. Van Auken, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Impala for loud exhaust and no rear registration plate light at Grand and Willow at 9:28 p.m. Nov. 28. Simon Santacruz, 20, of the same address, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis. They both were released on bond.

Tanisha Teemer, 26, 1400 Maywood Drive, Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and using an electronic communication device while driving after police pulled over her green Buick at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 12:29 a.m. Nov. 30. She was released on bond.

Shawn Carpenter, 36, 3035 N. Alta, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his gold Cadillac Deville for no rear registration plate light at Grand and York at 9:30 p.m. Nov. 30. He was released on bond.

Driving Without a License

Manuel R. Galarza Orbe, 35, 2993 N. Lawndale, Chicago, was charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Mitsubishi Eclipse for failure to signal at Lake and Walnut at 5:21 p.m. Nov. 4. He was released at the scene.

Leticia Delacruz, 30, 521 Green Oak Court Apt. 11, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her tan Chevrolet Equinox for driving with one headlight at North and Highview at 8:18 p.m. Nov. 8. She was released on bond.

Julian Leyva-Garcia, 19, 238 W. Division Apt. C, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his green Jeep Liberty for speeding at St. Charles and Poplar at 2:46 a.m. Nov. 15. He was released on bond.

Natalio Galicia, 30, 119 Bernice, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Honda Accord for speeding at Route 83 and Lake Street at 11:32 p.m. Nov. 19. He was released on bond.

Maria Del Carmen Gonzalez, 30, 380 W. Hillside, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after she was involved in an accident at St. Charles and York at 6:52 p.m. Nov. 21. She was released on bond.

Maria Montiel, 30, 1705 N. 36th St., Stone Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and driving without a seat belt after police pulled over her silver Chevrolet Venture during  a seat belt enforcement at North and Melose at 12:09 a.m. Nov. 22. She was released on bond.

Juan Mendez-Zamora, 35, 5353 W. Wrightwood Ave., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Saturn Vue for disobeying a traffic control device at North and Melrose at 1:12 a.m. Nov. 22.

Eva Rudnicki, 31, 100 block of Kenilworth, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her red Honda Accord for disobeying a turn sign at 4:36 p.m. Nov. 22. She was released on bond.

Joel Lucio, 26, 600 Salem Drive Apt. 411, Hoffman Estates, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his gold Ford Windstar for expired registration on the 500 block of West North Avenue at 3:27 p.m. Dec. 3. He was released on bond.

Byron Ramos Hidalgo, 18, 1041 Ferrari Drive Apt. 1B, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his yellow Mitsubishi Lancer for improper lane use at York and Third at 10:39 p.m. Dec. 3. He was released on bond.
