Elmhurst Police Report Drivers on the Roads Without Licenses

Driving Without a License
Catalino Claudio, 51, 1547 W. Chicago, Chicago, was charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Plymouth Neon at York and Wrightwood at 7:13 p.m. Jan. 18. He was released on the scene to a valid driver.
Robert Garcia, 29, 642 S. York, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Blazer at York and First streets at 12:51 a.m. Jan. 19. He was released on bond.
Noe Martinez, 27, 1932 N. 17th St., Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Pontiac Grand Am at North and Villa at 4:43 a.m. Jan. 20. Martinez was released on bond.
Maria R. Diaz, 52, 502 W. Hillside, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after her green Hyundai Sonata was involved in a crash with another Elmhurst resident at 936 N. York at 7:38 a.m. Jan. 20.
Ciro Luna, 30, 331 N. Ardmore Ave. Apt. B, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his red Ford Explorer for one headlight at St. Charles and Oakland Grove at 5:47 a.m. Jan. 22. He was released on I-bond.
Luz Mariel Martinez-Castro, 26, 1400 Beverly Ave. Apt. 2W, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her blue Ford Windstar for an improper turn at St. Charles and Monterey at 12:16 a.m. Jan. 23.
Luis Tecuapacho, 45, 1721 W. Mansard Apt. 220, Mt. Prospect, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Dodge Caravan for disobeying a traffic control device at St. Charles and Route 83 at 3:34 a.m. Jan. 27. He was released on bond.
Gabriela Hernandez, 28, 306 W. Division, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her red Ford Aspire for one headlight at Route 83 and St. Charles Road at 1:10 a.m. Jan. 28. She was released on I-bond.
Jose M. Pacheco, 27, 310 Musial Court, Bolingbrook, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Mitsubishi Galant for speeding at St. Charles and West Avenue at 8:10 a.m. Jan. 28. He was released on I-bond.
Driving With a Suspended License
Nick Catalano, 23, 15W671 Lexington, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Dodge Ram for making an illegal U-turn at Butterfield and Cambridge at 8:57 a.m. Jan. 16. He was released on bond.
Terrence D. Chadwell, 29, 1918 N. Taft, Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Chrysler 300C for speeding at Butterfield and Chatham at 8:43 a.m. Jan. 18. He was released on I-bond.
Juan Cintron, 30, 3340 N. Keating, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and obstructing identification after police pulled over his silver Hyundai Elantra for one headlight at 4:37 a.m. Jan. 19 at Walnut and North Avenue. He reportedly gave the officer a fraudulent ID. He was released on I-bond.
Martell Fox, 26, 1750 Mansards, Griffith, Ind., was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his silver Chrysler 300 was involved in a crash with a car driven by a 47-year-old Downers Grove woman at St. Charles and Spring roads at 10:12 p.m. Jan. 19.
Martin Krafcky, 20, 809 S. Chatham, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Chevrolet Cavalier for a loud muffler at West and Fremont at 4:05 a.m. Jan. 21. He was released on I-bond.
Ernesto Vasquez, 32, 819 S. 15th St. Apt. 1, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and obstructing identification after police pulled over his black Chevrolet Tahoe for unlawful use of flashing blue lights at Monterey and St. Charles Road at 5:44 a.m. Jan. 21. Vasquez provided the arresting officer with a false name and date of birth. He was released on bond.
Jose J. Diaz, age not given, 1624 Sacramento Court, Carpentersville, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Ford Explorer at York and Butterfield at 4:40 p.m. Jan. 23. He was released on bond.
Timothy Timson, 45, 5155 Electric Ave., Hillside, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Volkswagon Passat for speeding at Butterfield and Cedar at 9:12 p.m. Jan. 24. He was released on bond.
Rafael Ramos, 20, 528 W. Division, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Toyota Paseo at North and Myrtle at 11:05 p.m. Jan. 25. He was released on I-bond.
Barry Tharp, 21, 410 E. Church St., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled him over at 155 E. First St. at 8:03 p.m. Jan. 29. He was released on I-bond.
Javier Martinez, 26, 8861 Monfort Drive, St. John, Ind., was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his GMC truck for speeding at Interstate 290 and St. Charles Road at 11:21 a.m. Jan. 30.
Oscar Carrillo, 29, 648 S. York Road Apt. 212, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with obstruction of identification, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Mitsubishi Montero for failure to yield at Grand and David at 5:20 a.m. Jan. 31. Carrillo gave police a false name and date of birth. Police discovered he was wanted out of DuPage County for failure to appear on a traffic violation. He was released on bond.
Brad M. Cave, 35, 1149 Leirester Court, Wheaton, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and suspended registration due to no insurance after police pulled over his blue Scion XB for no license plate at Route 83 and North Avenue at 7:50 p.m. Feb. 1. He was released on I-bond.
