Elmhurst Police Report Dozens of License Violations During the First Half of May

Two drivers were revoked, 19 suspended and 13 didn't have a license.

Driving With a Revoked License

Terrance Ciorleri, 43, 1911 Balmoral, Westchester, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled him over at North and Melrose at 11:43 p.m. May 14. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Dennis Pedote, 44, 154 N. Evergreen, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his white Toyota Land Cruiser for speeding and no seat belt on the 100 block of Evergreen at 3:20 p.m. May 16. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Driving with a Suspended License

Van Floyd, 22, 1517 N. Waller, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Buick LeSabre for no seat belt at North Avenue and Route 83 at 9:31 a.m. May 1. He was released on bond.

Dina Pizzolato, 32, 940 Virginia, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over her blue Chevy Tracker for improper lane use at Interstate 290 and Route 83 at 1:21 a.m. May 4. She was released on bond.

Alyssa Kessel, 20, 19W545 Roosevelt Road, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia after police pulled over her red Pontiac Grand Am at North Avenue and Evergreen at 5:33 p.m. May 4. She was released on bond.

Latanya Wilson, 29, 9315 S. Stewart, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and possession of cannabis after police pulled over her red Ford Escort for improper use of registration at North and Oaklawn at 9:10 p.m. May 4. She was released on bond.

Dennis N. Agnos, 53, 550 W. Grand Apt. 412, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his white Ford truck at Grand and Industrial Drive at 1:46 p.m. May 5. He was released on bond.

Keisha Williams, 24, 349 Frederick, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her silver Pontiac Grand Prix for no seat belt at North and Elm at 10:21 a.m. May 6. She was released on bond.

Anna Stephanie Navarrete, 22, Building 27 King Arthur Court Apt. 18, Northlake, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her black Toyota TC for using an electronic communication device while driving at North Avenue and York at 6:40 p.m. May 6. She was taken to DuPage County Jail and her vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Deawannis J. Turnage, 23, 11627 S. Church St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his white Ford Van at Butterfield and Euclid at 8:49 a.m. May 7 because they said he was wearing earbuds while driving. He was released on bond.

Jacek Zukowski, 47, 8512 Grand, River Grove, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Dodge Dakota for expired registration at York and Lake at 12:58 p.m. May 8, He was released on bond.

John Nugent, 36, 417 N. Evergreen, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his gray Honda Accord for speeding at York and Fullerton at 11:44 p.m. May 8. He also was found to have a failure to appear warrant out of Lombard. He was released on bond.

David J. Russo, 35, 44480 Bayview Ave. Apt. 15107, Clinton Township, Mich., was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his red Freightliner Century truck for disobeying a traffic control device on the 100 block of West Lake Street at 8:49 a.m. May 9. He was released on bond.

John Freeman, 35, 744 S. Hawthorne, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Jeep Renegade for suspended registration at St. Charles and Route 83 at 12:38 a.m. May 10. He was released on bond.

Tyler Tesmer, 32, 1472 Glenhill Drive, Glendale Heights, was cited for driving with a suspended license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his white Ford F150 was involved in an accident with a vehicle driven by a 25-year-old Lockport man at 3:10 a.m. May 11. He was released on bond.

Demitrious Massy, 37, 1365 N. Hudson, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his silver Chevrolet Impala for speeding at Roosevelt and York at 9:54 a.m. May 11. He was released on bond.

Jorge E. Ruiz, 20, 1726 N. 15th Ave. Apt. 1, Melrose Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Volkswagon Jetta for disobeying a traffic control device at Route 83 and North Avenue at 8:32 a.m. May 13. He also was found to have warrant for failure to appear on a charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He was released on bond.

Christine Witkus, 28, 45 E. Plymouth, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over her white Chevrolet Cavalier at Fay and West at 3:45 p.m. May 13. She was released on bond.

Jason D. Dukala, 36, 434 N. Highland Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a license suspended for DUI and driving without insurance after police pulled over his Silver Dodge Caravan for speeding at Armitage and Villa at 9:41 a.m. May 16. He was released on bond and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Charles Verdak, 65, 732 Hillside, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his green Ford at Prairie Path Lane and Berkley at 5:32 p.m. May 16. He was released on bond.

Deandre Goodwin, 24, 9501 Lawrence, Schiller Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his red Mazda CX7 for no seat belt at York and Belden at 11:48 p.m. May 16. He also was found to have a warrant out of Will County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Driving Without a License

Fidel Zarate-Gonzalez, 26, 4871 Weber, Rolling Meadows, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled him over for driving on the shoulder at North Avenue and Route 83 at 4:45 p.m. May 3. He was released on bond.

Jose Rochabarahona, 38, 128 W. Park Ave. Apt. 3, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his tan Cadillac DeVille for disobeying a traffic control device at 11:49 p.m. May 3. He was released on bond.

Jamie I. Ramirez, 29, 650 York Apt. 102, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his black Hyundai Santa Fe for expired registration at Grand and Church at 3:35 p.m. May 5. He also had a failure to appear warrant. He was released on bond.

German Ocampo, 50, 140 E. Lake St. Apt. 16B, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over a green Honda Civic for disobeying a traffic control signal at Lake and Church at 8:33 p.m. May 5. Ocampo was released on bond.

Yocelin Hernandez, 24, 1339 W. Irving Park Road, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over her silver Honda Civic for no seat belt on the 200 block of North York Road at 8:40 a.m. May 8. She was released on bond.

Cesar Funes-Lopez, 29, 222 W. Sonny Lane Apt. GB, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his black Chevrolet Avalanche for tinted windows at 180 W. Grand at 6:55 p.m. May 10. He was released on bond.

Antonio Ramirez-Raymun, 25, 101 W. Main Apt. 12, Wayauwega, Wisc., was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Oldsmobile Alero for improper lane use at Schiller and Palmer at 2:11 a.m. May 11. He was released on bond.

Luis Ramos, 26, 17W346 Second St., Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and possession of cannabis after police pulled over his black Volkwagon Jetta for a loud muffler on the 200 block of North Myrtle at 12:25 p.m. May 11. He was released on bond.

Juan Carlos Martinez, 24, 1046 S. York Road Apt. GA, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his gray Chrysler for speeding on Grand between Industrial and York at 5:12 p.m. May 11. He was released on bond.

Luis Hernandez, 27, 630 N. Iowa, Villa Park, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his white Dodge Ram for speeding at North and Indiana at 9:34 p.m. May 12. He was released on bond.

Manuel Marquez-Solano, 39, 244 S. Chase Apt. A, Lombard, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and leaving the scene of an accident after his white Chevrolet Express was involved in an accident with a 86-year-old Elmwood Park woman at North and York at 4:12 p.m. May 13. He was released on bond.

Jose L. Pino-Hernandez, 39, 1071 Ferrari, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his red Dodge Dakota for a loud muffler at Grand and York at 7:21 p.m. May 14. He was released on bond.

Jose Perez, 24, 344 W. Lincoln Apt. 1B, Addison, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his blue Chevrolet S10 for disobeying a traffic control device and failure to secure a child in a restraint system at Second and Addison at 8:28 p.m. May 16. He was released on bond.
