Elmhurst Police Report Disorderly Conduct and Alcohol Arrests

Tantrum in the Waverton parking lot ends in no-trespass order for employee.

Disorderly Conduct

Jessica Anne Kwilosz, 22, 27 N. Ashland, La Grange, was cited for disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at the Waverton Hotel, 624 N. York Road, at 4:54 a.m. April 7. Police said Kwilosz works at the hotel. She reportedly threw two bottles in the parking lot, causing them to break, and keyed a victim’s vehicle. She also reportedly dumped pop and hair gel onto the vehicle. During a search at the police department, she was found to be in possession of a metal cannabis smoking pipe. She was released on I-bond and given a no-trespass order for the Waverton Hotel.

Thomas J. Gorski, 25, 201 Reber St. #3, Wheaton, was arrested and charged with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop at York and Jackson streets at 12:01 a.m. April 1. He was released on bond.

Willie F. Brown, 44, 1252 Market Place Drive, Yorkville, was arrested and charged with DUI after he drove his vehicle onto the railroad tracks and got stuck at 11:34 p.m. April 2 at Addison and First streets. He also was charged with making an improper turn and trespassing on railroad property. He was released on I-bond.

Jeremiah C. Madema, 31, 5N370 Rohlwing Road, Itasca, was arrested and charged with DUI after a traffic stop for squealing tires at 1:55 a.m. April 3 at Lake Street and Route 83. He was released on bond.

Freddy Garcia, 40, 930 W. Irving Park Road Apt. 2F, Bensenville, was charged with DUI and multiple traffic violations after a stop at Grand Avenue and Lake Street at 4:31 a.m. April 3. He was released on bond. Marvin Palacios, 25, 126 Sonny Lane Apt. GA, Bensenville, and Juan J. Cruz-Gomez, 25, of the same address, were cited for illegal transportation of alcohol and released on I-bond at the scene.

Sean M. Rafter, 44, 1343 S. Elizabeth, Lombard, was arrested and charged with DUI and speeding after a traffic stop at 10:11 p.m. April 6 at 246 W. Butterfield Road. He was released on bond.

Underage Drinking

A 25-year-old man was charged with providing alcohol to minors after police responded to a loud party at his house. Justin C. Kelm, of 503 N. Elm St., Elmhurst, reportedly was hosting minors and serving alcohol in his back yard at 8:48 p.m. April 1. He was released on bond. Vrandon C. Mola, 20, 330 N. Larch St., Elmhurst, and Clayton Menconi, 20, 0S712 Linden, Elmhurst were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and released on bond.

Joseph G. Altal, 20, 28707 Driftwood Court, Waterford, Wisc., was arrested and charged with underage drinking after police saw him running northbound on York Road at 1:43 a.m. April 2. Altal said he had come from a party in unincorporated Elmhurst but didn’t know the address. He was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor, released on I-bond and taken to Elmhurst College.

Kenneth T. Lyons, 18, 4934 S. Riverside Drive, McCook, was arrested and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor after the car in which he was a passenger was stopped at 525 S. Spring Road at 11:07 p.m. April 2. He was released on I-bond.

Six people were cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor after a traffic stop at Virginia and York at 1:13 a.m. April 3. Cited were Cody J. Pooler, 18, 4347 Highland Ave., Downers Grove; Sean P. Murphy, 18, 419 Oils Ave., Downers Grove; Carlos H. Flores, 20, 485 St. Charles Road Apt. A, Elmhurst; Thomas J. Jung, 20, 6 Tuttle, Clarendon Hills; Danny Balderas, 19, 332 W. Naperville Road Apt. 1, Westmont; and Michael McNeil, 19, 3344 W. 83rd Place, Chicago. Twelve cans of beer were found in the vehicle. Flores also had a drivers license belonging to someone else in his possession and was cited for possession of a false ID. They all were released on I-bonds.

Michael J. Szynalik, 20, 3343 N. Natchez, Chicago, was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor after police responded to a call for a loud house party at 1:45 a.m. April 3 at 155 S. Villa. He was released at the scene on an I-bond.
