Elmhurst Police Report Arrests for Outstanding Warrants

Stops for traffic violations uncover warrants.

Richard Hubeny, 49, 484 N. Addison Ave. #104E, Elmhurst, was arrested on the 600 block of North Michigan Street at 4:02 p.m. March 25 on a warrant out of Kane County for failure to appear on a DUI charge. He was released on bond.

Robert J. Carreno, 33, 316 N. Loy St., Lombard, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant out of DuPage County at 9:10 a.m. March 26. Police discovered the warrant when they were dispatched to the 200 block of North Oak Lawn for a report of a possible burglary in progress. It was determined Carreno was allowed to access the home. He was released on bond.

Renard R. Cole, 20, 4433 N. Clifton Ave., Chicago, was arrested for attempted obstruction of justice, speeding, texting while driving, driving without a license, improper lane use and failure to signal after a traffic stop at 1:03 a.m. March 27 at Roosevelt Road and Route 83. Cole gave officers a false name and date of birth. Once receiving the correct name, Cole was found to have a warrant out of DuPage County for failure to appear. Cole was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Ricardo Flores-Sanchez, 38, 1650 N. Fourth Ave., Stone Park, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at Interstate 290 and York Road at 2 a.m. March 27. He also was found to have two warrants out of DuPage County for no valid drivers license. He was released on bond.

Leonard W. Gentile, 46, 738 N. Adele St., was arrested at his home on a warrant out of DuPage County for failure to appear at 12:27 a.m. March 28. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Melissa L. Gutierrez, 28, 4436 W. Deming Place, Chicago, was arrested in the area of Yorktown Mall, Butterfield and Highland, at 5:53 p.m. March 28. Elmhurst police were told Gutierrez, who has a valid warrant out of DuPage County for forgery, was seen leaving the mall. She was taken to Elmhurst Memorial Hospital and then to DuPage County Jail.

Enrique Delgadillo, 39, 8665 W. Grand Ave. Third Floor, River Grove, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a revoked license, obstruction and on a warrant for failure to appear on another driving with a revoked license charge after a traffic stop at 10:45 a.m. March 29 at North and Villa avenues. Delgadillo provided officers with a false name and date of birth. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Kenneth L. Palmer, 21, 844 N. Geneva, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and on a warrant out of DeKalb County after a traffic stop at 11:13 p.m. March 29 at Grand Avenue and York Road. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Timothy McNaught, 41, 846 S. Hawthorne, was arrested on a warrant after an incident at his home at 7:33 p.m. April 1. A woman called police and said McNaught had been verbally abusive toward her and she wanted him to leave. She told police about the warrant, which police verified out of DuPage County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Maureen H. Butler, 58, 332 Hillside, Elmhurst, was arrested after being served a warrant for failure to appear on a DUI at 12:25 p.m. April 3 at her home. She was released after posting bond.

Bryan Garcia Rojo, 19, 3042 N. Major, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license at 6:35 a.m. April 7 at North Avenue and Route 83. He also was found to have a warrant for failure to appear in court on traffic offenses from 2008. He was released on bond.
