Elmhurst Police Report Arrests for DUI

Arrests were made Oct. 15-18.

Agatha E. Leoni, 51, 329 W. North Ave., Elmhurst, was arrested and charged under city ordinance with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled her over for disobeying a flashing red light at Palmer and York at 1:31 a.m. Oct. 15. She was released on bond.

Phoebe I. Bandy, 32, 131 W. Madison St., Villa Park, was arrested and charged with DUI, speeding, improper lane use and disorderly conduct after police pulled her over at North and Willow at 2:48 a.m. Oct. 15. She was released on bond.

Raul Zayas, 30, 2620 74th Ave., Elmwood Park, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving without insurance and endangering the life of a child after police pulled over his green Jeep Wrangler at Grand and Crown at 11:11 p.m. Oct. 15. He was released on I-bond.

Matthew T. Irps, 27, 184 S. Blaine, Bradley, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his gold Ford Explorer for speeding and improper lane use at York and Butterfield at 1:17 a.m. Oct. 16. He was released on I-bond.

Christopher J. Quinn, 23, 728 N. Adele, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his black Mazda 3 at a City Centre lot at 2:56 a.m. Oct. 16. He was released on I-bond.

Katarzyna Drwal, 28, 7206 W. Wellington Apt. 2C, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license after police pulled over her black Dodge Stratus for improper lane use at North Avenue and Route 83 at 3:28 a.m. Oct. 16. She was released on bond.

Michele Defrancesco, 25, 835 Heritage Drive, Addison, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over his silver Nissan Altima for failure to signal and tinted windows at Interstate 290 and Route 83 at 3:05 a.m. Oct. 18. He was released on bond.
