Tiffany M. Schipitz, 32, 433 Plymouth, Schaumburg, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at 2:09 a.m. Feb. 13. Schipitz first was seen outside Charlie’s Bar and Grill, 122 S. York St., highly intoxicated, according to police. She was allegedly causing a disturbance and stumbling into the street. Her party got into a limo and left. About 15 minutes later, officers saw the limo pulled over in front of Fitz’s Spare Keys, 119 N. York St. The officer asked the driver if everything was OK. The driver said Schipitz had broken the partition between the back and front of the limo by banging on it. Police said Schipitz then got out of the limo and was “stumbling all over the street.” She would not comply to requests to get on the sidewalk, so she was taken into custody for disorderly conduct. In lock-up, she continued to be uncooperative and was yelling and swearing, police said. At one point she reportedly had to be carried into a cell. She was released on I-bond.

Trespass

A frequent customer at Kentucky Fried Chicken, 609 W. St. Charles Road, was served a no-trespass notice at 12:31 p.m. Feb. 5 after he refused to leave the restaurant. Police told him not to return to the restaurant or he would be arrested. The manager told police the man purchases something small and stays for hours. The man told police he stays there to keep warm.

A man who was acting disoriented in the produce section of Jewel, 153 E. Schiller, was issued a no-trespass order at 3:40 p.m. Feb. 15. He was taken to the area of Mannheim Road and Lake Street.
