Elmhurst Police Arrest Drivers for License Violations

Charges include driving on suspended and revoked licenses, or driving without a license.

Driving With a Revoked License
Sean F. Langille, 42, 559 W. Montrose, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his green Mercury Mountaineer for an improper turn at 1:08 a.m. Sept. 18 at 121 N. Addison. Police said his license was revoked for driving under the influence of alcohol. He was released on bond and the vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Everett Kin, 28, 221 E. Desmoine, Westmont, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and speeding after police pulled over his black Chevrolet Aveo at 2:13 a.m. Sept. 18 at Route 83 and Riverside Drive. He was released on bond.

Deverly Carr, 44, 1719 S. Ninth Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license and illegal transportation of alcohol after the black Mercedes he was driving was in an accident at 7:56 a.m. Sept. 19 at Church and York streets. He also was found to be wanted out of McLean County for failure to appear on a traffic violation. He was released on bond.

Driving With a Suspended License
Eldevon Glaze, 34, 9127 Buffalo, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over the suspect's silver Buick Lucerne for failure to signal at Route 83 and Riverside Drive at 5:27 a.m. Sept. 17. Glaze was released on I-bond.

Feliciano Magrilio, 20, 1215 S. Austin Blvd., Cicero, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his blue Honda Civic for speeding at North Avenue and Berteau at 4 p.m. Sept. 22. He was released on bond.

Joseph C. Kielma III, 34, 2402 Royal Drive, Lombard, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving with a suspended license, obstructing identification, speeding, failure to signal and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Mercury Sable at 1:56 a.m. Sept. 26 at Harrison and Spring Road. Kielma allegedly provided police with a false name and date of birth. He was taken to DuPage County Jail and his vehicle towed for forfeiture.

Erick Hernandez, 24, 30 W. Fullerton, Glendale Heights, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, loud muffler and driving without insurance after police stopped his black Honda Civic at Lake Street and Route 83 at 12:42 p.m. Sept. 27. He was released on bond.

Antonio Fernandez, 63, 401 W. Lake St., Northlake, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his red GMC Jimmy for a seat belt violation at York and Crestview at 9:48 a.m. Sept. 30. He was released on I-bond.

Gregory P. Blackwell, 23, 3114 Adams, Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his tan Saturn SL2 for failure to dim lights and a seat belt violation at North and Villa at 12:17 a.m. Oct. 1. He was released on bond.

Jerry Cooper, 62, 5207 W. Ferdinand, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his black Oldsmobile Alero for an improper U-turn at 1000 S. York St. at 12:03 p.m. Oct. 2. He was released on bond.

Roy Reed Jr., 33, 1730 N. Laramie, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving with no insurance after police pulled over his white Cadillac DeVille at Roosevelt Road and Route 83 at 3:37 a.m. Oct. 3. He was released on I-bond.

Driving Without a License
Rigoberto Ruiz, 35, 6207 W. 21st St. #18, Berwyn, was cited for driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his blue Ford Expedition was involved in a crash at 3:40 p.m. Sept. 14 at North and Myrtle. He was released on bond.

Fernando Deanda, 33, 120 E. Blecke #4, Addison, was arrested for driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his tan Chevrolet Impala for disobeying a stop sign at 4:58 p.m. Sept. 16 at Van Auken and Lake Street (Frontage Road). He was released on bond.

Vincente Funes, 31, 1011 Ferrari Apt. GB, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license after police pulled over his silver Saturn Vue at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 16 at York and Grand for violating a traffic control device. He was released on bond.

Ivory L. Foster, 19, 9741 S. Jeffrey Ave., Chicago, was arrested for driving without a license, driving without insurance and expired registration after police pulled over her black Oldsmobile Aurora for disobeying a traffic control device at 4:21 p.m. Sept. 17 at York and Cambridge. She was released on I-bond.

Alfredo Sanchez, 54, 4836 N. Hermitage, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, driving without insurance and disobeying a traffic control device after police pulled over his maroon Dodge Caravan at Grand and Church at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 28. He was released on bond.

Dolores M. Williams, 80, 2044 Atwood Ave., Berkeley, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after her blue Cadillac DeVille was involved in an accident at York and Butterfield roads at 7 p.m. Sept. 30.

Ivett Rodriguez, 59, 6942 S. Karlov, Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident after his silver Mitsubishi Montero was involved in a crash at Butterfield and Prospect at 1 p.m. Oct. 1. He was released on bond.

Rigoberto Mendoza, 32, 218 Sonny Lane #1A, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with driving without a license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his green Dodge Grand Caravan for failure to signal and one headlight at Entry and Bernice in Bensenville at 12:11 a.m. Oct. 2. He was released on bond. After his fingerprint results were returned, police discovered Mendoza had given them a false name and date of birth. Police also discovered he had two warrants out of DuPage County. He was arrested at his house and charged with obstructing identification. He was released on bond.

Marvin Robertson Jr., 20, 136 W. 108th St., Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving without a license, speeding and improper lane use after police pulled over his white Ford Explorer at Butterfield Road and Route 83 at 6:07 a.m. Oct. 7. He presented police with an expired permit. He was released on I-bond.
