Elmhurst Man Masturbates in Front of Girl: Cops
The Elmhurst man was jailed for allegedly standing at his front door and masturbating in front of a child.
An Elmhurst man exposed and fondled himself in front of a girl Saturday afternoon.
Ian Fretch, 33, of 226 E Columbia Ave. was charged with the sexual exploitation of a child, public indecency and disorderly conduct in connection with the 4 p.m. incident.
"It was determined Fretch masturbated at the front door of his residence while motioning to the female juvenile victim and exposing his penis to the juvenile victim," police said. "Fretch was located in the area by officers and was taken into custody."
