Elmhurst Cops Investigate Alleged Face Slap at YMCA
The police said the slap had to do with somebody's wife, but they really weren't clear about it.
The Elmhurst cops are investigating a case of one man slapping another at the YMCA.
The slap was apparently prompted by a "verbal altercation" over someone's wife, but the police weren't too clear on whether they were talking about the alleged slapper's wife or the wife of the man who was supposedly slapped.
As the police put it: "Victim (redacted) alleged suspect (redacted) slapped his face with an open palm while at the Elmhurst YMCA due to a verbal altercation about his wife."
No criminal charges have been filed in connection with the alleged slap but the police said they have an "investigation pending."
