Each Monday, the DuPage Sheriff's Office highlights one criminal being sought for outstanding warrants. This week, it's Brett Depatie.

DuPage Sheriff John Zaruba announced the Manhunt Monday pick of the week is a man wanted out of Naperville for delivery of cannabis, a Class 2 felony.

Brett M. Depatie, 43, is wanted for failure to appear on a 2012 case of manufacture/delivery of cannabis more than 500 grams but not more than 2000 grams. He allegedly sold the cannabis to undercover officers, according to information provided by the Sheriff's Office.

Depatie is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 255 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. His last known address was on the 400 block of Nantucket in Naperville.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Depatie should contact the DuPage County Sheriff's Office at (630) 407-2400.

“On Manhunt Monday, the Sheriff’s Office will highlight one criminal who is being sought after for having outstanding warrants,” Sheriff Zaruba said. "Please remember these suspects are wanted for criminal charges and need to be apprehended by law enforcement."
