DEC. 28: Mary Murphy, of the 7600 block of Greenview, Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence, BAC greater than .08, speeding, improper lane use, and driving without insurance after being pulled over near Main and Grant. She was given a Jan. 29 court date at the Wheaton courthouse.


ELMHURST


JAN. 1: Calvin Brown, 19, 37 King Arthur Court Apt. 3, Northlake, was arrested and charged with zero tolerance DUI and possession of cannabis after police pulled over his gray Oldsmobile Cutlass for improper lane use at Claremont and Prospect at 3:18 a.m. He was released on bond.


DEC. 31: Vinodkumar Amin, 42, 210 Addison, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving too fast for conditions and unsafe tires after his silver Toyota 4-Runner was involved in an accident with a 54-year-old Elmhurst man at North and Berteau at 9:14 p.m. He was released on bond.


DEC. 29:

  • Juana Solis, 32, 1413 N. 43rd Court, Stone Park, was arrested and charged with DUI and driving without a license after police pulled over her brown Buick Century for following too closely and improper lane use at North and Villa at 8:39 p.m. Dec. 29. She was released on bond.

  • Oscar Carillo, 31, 648 S. York Apt. 212, Bensenville, was arrested and charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving with a suspended license after police pulled over his Mitsubishi Montero for speeding and following too closely at Grand and Oaklawn at 1:28 a.m. Dec. 29. He also was wanted out of DuPage County for failure to appear and obstructing. He was released on bond.

  • Desneiges Chrysokos, 20, 2N051 Joyce Ave., Lombard, was arrested and charged with DUI and possession of alcohol by a minor after police pulled over her Dodge Dynasty for an unsafe tire at North Avenue and River Glen at 2:39 a.m. Dec. 29. She was released on bond.


DEC. 28: Sonia Ramirez, 28, 540 Milton Lane, Hoffman Estates, was arrested and charged with DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving without a license after police pulled over her silver Ford Explorer for speeding, failure to signal and improper lane use at Lake and Route 83 at 11:47 p.m. She was released on bond. Passenger Miguel Trujillo, 22, 6 W. Ried Park Ave., Villa Park, was charged with illegal transportation of alcohol. He was released at the scene.


DEC. 26: Andrew C. Johnson, 23, 479 Conservatory Lane, Aurora, was arrested and charged with DUI, improper lane use and disobeying a stop sign after his white Cadillac CTS was involved in an accident with a 57-year-old Elmhurst woman at York and Cayuga at 6:36 a.m.


DEC. 23: Maureen T. Lovecchio, 55, 401 51st Ave., Bellwood, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of drugs after her red Pontiac Grand Prix as involved in an accident with a 66-year-old Elmhurst man at St. Charles and York at 1:45 p.m. She was released on bond.

DEC. 22: Suan K. Thang, 43, 583 Park Plaza, Glen Ellyn, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol after police pulled him over for improper lane use at Pershing and Park at 12:57 a.m.

DEC. 21: Michelle Fortier, 45, of the 11900 block of Prairie Court, Lemont, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol after an accident in the 800 block of Porter Street. She was issued a Feb. 26 court date at Bridgeview Courthouse.

ST. CHARLES


DEC. 28:

  • Zachary David Anthony, 28, of the 12300 block of Dorthy Street, Beach Park, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on the 800 block of East Main Street on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, and improper lane use. He was being held in the Kane County Jail pending a court appearance.

  • Judd J. Nilles, 44, of the 6N700 block of Tuscola Avenue, St. Charles, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. on the 400 block of South 3rd Street on charges of DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol concentration greater than .08, and speeding. He posted his driver’s license and $100 cash bond and was released pending a Feb. 5, 2014 hearing in Kane County Court.


DEC. 24: Richard Andrew Rush, 44, of the 400 block of Bangs Street, Aurora, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI with a blood-concentration greater than .08, and speeding, at 65 or more in a 45 mph zone. Police said his blood-alcohol concentration was .143. He posted his driver’s license and $100 cash bond and was released pending a Jan. 16, 2014 appearance in Kane County Court.


WHEATON


DEC. 21:

  • Scott E. Beranek, 35, of the 8000 block of Shipston Street, Orland Park, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. at Main and Willow streets on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.

  • Sharon S. Lacy, 54, of the 1200 block of Naperville Road, Wheaton, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at 30 Danada Square West on charges of DUI, and illegal transportation of alcohol. She posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
