"Lawrence T. Griff, 23, 749 Ninth Ave., Addison, was cited for disorderly conduct after police saw him urinate on a fence at 172 N. Addison at 1:09 a.m. July 6." That is near Fitz's Pub and if you've ever seen the fence, that was some major disorderly conduct.
