Villa Park Driver Charged with Aggravated DUI, Man Allegedly Passes Out in Drive-Through

DUI arrests from the Elmhurst police reports April 18-21.

The following DUI arrests were reported between April 18 and 21.

Tomas Aparicio, 44, 251 E. Plymouth St., Villa Park, was arrested and charged with aggravated DUI, transportation of alcohol and driving with a revoked license after police pulled over his black GMC Yukon for improper lane use at North and Maple at 5:33 a.m. April 21. He also had a failure to appear warrant out of DuPage County. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.

Terrence Cronin, 61, 923 E. Grant, Des Plaines, was arrested and charged with DUI after he reportedly was found asleep in his black Jeep Grand Cherokee in the McDonald's drive-through, 190 E. Butterfield, at 4:11 a.m. April 20. He was released on bond.

Abelargo Burnette, 22, 44 Gail St., Northlake, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving without insurance and improper parking on the roadway after police found his green Honda CRV parked on the roadway at North and Kenilworth at 12:12 p.m. April 18. Burnette also was wanted on a warrant out of Cook County. He was released on bond.

Lucas Harnik, 18, 1316 Tralee Lane, Lockport, was arrested and charged with DUI and consumption of alcohol by a minor after police pulled over his white Pontiac G6 for disobeying a traffic control device at Addison and North Avenue at 1 a.m. April 19. Three passengers in the vehicle were charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor. All were released on bond.

John Rehbock, 32, 1094 Richfield, Carol Stream, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance after police pulled over his silver Toyota Corolla for improper lane use at Route 83 and North Avenue at 12:47 a.m. April 21. Rehboc was also wanted out of DuPage County. He was released on bond.
