DUI Arrests in Elmhurst Continue July 6-10

Eight arrests for DUI reported in days following July 4 holiday.

Elmhurst police released the following DUI arrest reports July 6-10.

William D. Goodlett, 57, 115 Guernsey Lane, Spartanburg, S.C., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after police pulled over his silver Chevrolet Malibu for improper lane use at Park and Cottage Hill at 3:29 a.m. July 6. He was released on bond.

Ricardo Galindo, 29, 511 W. Army Trail Road, Addison, was arrested and charged with DUI, DUI-drugs, possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and no insurance after police pulled him over for improper lane use and failure to signal at Lake Street and Route 83 at 5:31 p.m. July 6. Police said he was under the influence of drugs and two empty beer bottles were found in the car, along with cannabis and a scale. Police said Galindo was unruly and told officers "he'd be coming back for them." He was released on I-bond.

Paul A. Gainer, 20, 139 S. 20th Ave., Maywood, was arrested and charged with DUI, improper lane use, driving on an expired license and consumption of alcohol by a minor after police came upon him changing a flat tire on his white Ford Focus at York and Lexington at 3:16 a.m. July 7. Police said Gainer admitted he struck the curbed median and that he had consumed an Olde English malt liquor. He was released on I-bond.

Christopher Keslin, 30, 3413 Alyssa St., Plano, was arrested and charged with DUI after he backed his vehicle out of a driveway, drove over a curb and parked on the street at 435 Commonwealth at 12:07 a.m. July 8. He was released on I-bond. Sabrina F. Caliendo, 32, 103 S. 13th St., St. Charles, was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis after police said they saw her throw cannabis on the ground. She also was released on I-bond.

Mayoric Ospina, 32, 2315 W. Lemoyne, Chicago, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over her red Ford Explorer for improper lane use and expired registration at Lake and Interstate 290 at 2:05 p.m. July 8. She was released on I-bond.

Peter D. Dolson, 55, 626 S. Poplar, Elmhurst, was arrested and charged with DUI, driving without insurance, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving on an unsafe tire and improper parking on the roadway after he was involved in an accident at Fair and Elm Tree Lane at 1:24 p.m. July 8. He was taken to the hospital by medics.

Mario Loja, 31, 20 Baybrook Lane, Oak Brook, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled him over for expired registration and improper lane use at York and Columbia at 11:57 p.m. July 8 He was released on I-bond.

Nicole Stolfa, 41, 6341 New Albany Road, Lisle, was arrested and charged with DUI after police pulled over her silver Honda Civic at 572 S. York at 11:25 p.m. July 10. She was released on I-bond.
