Here's a look at cases we're keeping an eye on in DuPage County.

A 24-year-old Chicago man has denied charges he held up a gas station in Elmhurst.

Mario Williams, who is on parole for retail theft, remains in DuPage County Jail on $300,000 bail charged with armed robbery and aggravated robbery. Police previously said Williams used a semi-automatic handgun while demanding cash from an employee of the Shell Station in the 900 block of North York Road on Sept. 12.

Williams was captured after he tried to flee by taking a taxi out of the area. He was arraigned during an Oct. 15 hearing, court records show. He returns to court in November.
