Bike, Stroller and Another Semi Stolen

Delta Sonic burglarized but nothing appears to be stolen.

Commercial Burglary

Someone shattered the door to the offices at Delta Sonic, 600 W. North Ave., sometime before 3:22 a.m. Oct. 12. The alarm went off and an employee discovered the damage. Officers checked the interior of the business and noticed a hallway door had been pried open and several cabinets had been rifled through. Nothing was reported taken.

Theft
Someone broke the drivers side window of a 2010 Dodge truck parked at Larry Roesch Dodge, 200 W. Grand Ave., and removed a Western Plow remote worth about $350 between 6 p.m. Oct. 8 and noon Oct. 9. Damage to the window is estimated at $400.

Someone stole a locked Eastern Reaper BMX bicycle from the bike rack near Egg Harbor, 140 Robert Palmer Drive, between 9 and 9:15 p.m. Oct. 10.

Someone entered a city-owned 2009 Ford Explorer parked at City Hall, 209 N. York St., between 2:30 and 4 p.m. Oct. 10 and took a cell phone holder, charger and a GPS unit. Loss is estimated at $440.

Someone stole a Blackberry cell phone, a butterfly ring and student ID from a student at Elmhurst College, 190 S. Prospect Ave. The victim, who reported the incident at 7:50 p.m. Oct. 11, suspects her roommate.

Someone stole a semi-trailer parked at Tower Truck Lines, 736 N. Industrial Drive, between 12:01 and 9:59 a.m. Oct. 7.

Someone took a $450 pink and brown Perego stroller from a driveway on the 900 block of South Saylor Street at 2:45 p.m. Oct. 12. The resident went to pick up her grandson from school, and when she returned, the stroller was gone. Inside the stroller was clothing, toys, books and a pink Nintendo DS worth $150.
