Because He Got High—Man at Elmhurst College in Pain 'Because of Marijuana': Cops
The cops tried to talk to the man but he was unable to speak, police said.
A man at Elmhurst College was dizzy and in pain "because of marijuana," police said.
Elmhurst College security found the man "lying on the ground" about 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, police said.
The man "stated he was not feeling well, complaining of being dizzy and his body hurt because of marijuana," police said.
An officer "attempted to communicate with (the man) but he was unable to speak," police said.
The police said they searched the man's car but did not find anything.
