Admitted Public Masturbator Gets Off When Elmhurst Cops Give Him a Free Pass: Police
The masturbator explained he "usually does this in the privacy of his own home," police said.
An admitted public masturbator got off scot-free Sunday night when the cops gave him a pass on his self-pleasuring, police said.
An officer headed over to the area of Rex Boulevard and Surf Street about 10:30 p.m. to investigate a complaint of someone exposing himself, police said.
"Upon arrival, the suspect admitted to masturbating in his parked" car, police said.
The person who saw this and called the cops declined to sign a complaint, according to police, and the masturbator said he would keep things inside from now on.
"The suspect stated he usually does this in the privacy of his own home and will not do it again," police said.
