Police

As I have said before, I strongly believe in the rule of law. Wouldn't it be a good idea, just like in sports, that there was a system of ranking for police officers? It would highlight the truly outstanding ones and also potentially eliminate a few of the bad ones who damage the reputation of the Police department. It seems as if every community has a rogue cop or two whose goal is not to serve and protect, but to abuse and neglect. Elmhurst used to have a few but I have not seen them lately and Villa Park definitely has several, which detracts from the public trust that is important to the community.
