I-88 Access from South York Road

JJ, Neighbor

Who should be contacted to put a right turn lane on South York Road for those accessing I-88? 

Also put the stop sign on Harger, not on the Frontage Road.  You have to drive on the shoulder and traffic backs up on York Road.
