Flooding anyone?

Didn't think it was raining that hard today, but my basement is rapidly flooding. Anyone else have flooding in your basement? On your street? We live near Cedar and Niagra. It's 12:30am on Thursday, June 19th.

And the first place I usually look for this kind of news is the patch. Today? Nothing. How disappointing.
