Destination ideas/Downtown Elmhurst

Does anybody have any ideas for what might be called a destination venue for the downtown district. We have the show, Fitzs. I thought a roller rink that could be used as a basketball court, concert venue, meeting room might be a good idea. I would place it is the old Plass location. Any other ideas?
