Obituary: Sheila Ann Cronin, 79, of Elmhurst

Sheila Ann Cronin (nee Sullivan), 79, of Elmhurst and Lake Geneva, Wisc., has died. She was a member of HOC and LGBA.

She was the beloved wife of William D., Sr.; loving mother of Cathleen (Patrick) Clarke, Brian (Christine) Cronin and the late Capt. William D. Cronin, Jr.; proud grandmother of Lauren, Colleen, Eileen and Grace Clarke and Erin and Daniel Cronin; dear sister of Daniel (Baba) Sullivan, Kathleen (Jack) Searle, William (Margot) and the late Kevin, Marita and Angela Sullivan; fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 30, at Gibbons Funeral Home, 134 S. York Road, Elmhurst. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 31, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 134 Arthur St., Elmhurst. Interment is private.
