Death Notices: Faith Ewald and Eleanor Clifford of Elmhurst

Faith Ewald

Faith M. Ewald (nee Muray), 76, of Elmhurst, has died.

She was preceded in death by her children, Maggie and Mary Rose. She is survived by her husband, Edward; her children, Shawn, Michael, Peter, Ted, Ann, Marnie, Dion, Nora and James; and her 18 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at Steuerle Funeral Home, 350 S. Ardmore Ave., Villa Park. A funeral service will be held at 7 p.m.

Eleanor Clifford

Eleanor M. Clifford (nee Meiborg), 94, of Elmhurst has died. She was a longtime member of Epiphany Evangelical Lutheran Church in Elmhurst.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert. She is survived by her children, Joseph, Albert, Curtis and Mary, and her 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Services were held Wednesday in Elmhurst.
